I was not impressed with the condition that computer was in once I received it. Screen had some sort of sticky residue on it that I had to clean. Outside had scuff marks as if it was dropped or scuffed on cement.

Should have never purchased an Apple product. The MacBook has been a grave disappointment. Tried setting it up, was locked out, and never have been able to get back into the unit since. Never have been able to get warranty assistance or any assistance of any kind.

Paid for an open box excellent so it should’ve worked when I got it and opened the box and tried to turn it on and charge nothing worked. Left it charging for a day and that didn’t work. Spend your money at Apple so you know the product actually works.

My 5year old MacBook Air is waaaay better than the FaceTime camera of the newest model.

Item was wrapped in a plastic bag with a big sticker red and white I thought the laptop will be delivery with the original box... NOP plus the computer was dirty and has finger prints most of them in the screen Looks like Best Buy don't care about hygiene so COVID-19 is not a priority for them

Bought a hardshell from best buy..snapped it on months later took it off, it cracked no problem..went to put it back on and the screen cracked rite where the case locks on..took it back and best buy said 100.00 and anywhere from 8 to 10 weeks to fix..ridiculous..ill never buy anything apple..

After just 1 month, started giving problems. Not coming on unless plugged in. Too slow the whole thing. Fan noise is too much

Not worth the money.Apple products are overrated and overpriced.

Bought the laptop and a few weeks later, the screen cracked in the inside. Did not drop it. Was in my bag. The manufacturer does not cover the cracked screen. Very dissatisfied and dissappointed with purchase .

I’ve had Macs for years, and for some reason, the computer doesn’t work. It makes no noise and doesn’t turn on. The screen is completely black. Will be returning it tomorrow.

Good quality and definitely worth for the price ,I've using this since 2019, its still going great.

Definitely recommend for first time MAC buyers. Easy to use and nice compact size. Also the color is super pretty.

I got a product that had someone else signed into it.

Laptop started out great. The corrupted software on the MacBook soon took control and uploaded my photos, data, contacts, and files to some external drive. Soon the MacBook was sending fraudulent Emails to my contacts. Extremely displeased with the Best Buy experience

Screen turn black after a month love the computer.

Love the MacBook. I have all apple products and this is one of the most convenient devices I have for work!

Just found out that there is know problem with keyboard and I experienced it because space bar won’t work. I hope Best Buy takes it back and don’t sell computers with known problems.
