Apple never fails when it comes to new products and this Macbook is no exception. They once again succeeded at creating a design that looks great and is ultra functional. The screen is so clear that and the speakers are so crisp, it looks and sounds like a $5000 laptop. I totally recommend this product!

I bought this after owning a PC for quite a few years. The ease of setting it up, using it, downloading apps was so fantastic. It made my life so much easier and quicker. It left less time to focus on the fidgeting with all the tweaks with a PC and to spend more time on the work I needed to do.

Camera quality sucks; I had someone with a way older version of a Macbook say that my quality is worse than theirs. Catalina update also sucks. iMessage won't ever stay in sync with my phone. Sometimes my screen goes completely black for no reason also! I'm not happy I spent as much money on this computer as I did. I'm a college student so I use this almost every day and it's fine for school work and constant use, although I do see it lagging already and I've only had it four months. Never download anything to it, so it must just be the software. I had a Windows Tablet before this and constantly find myself saying "I miss my tablet."

Ive been tearing my house apart all morning because I can't find the extra adapter that I apparently needed to buy because there are now no USB ports in the MacBook like my last one had. When the adapter is plugged and I have all of my cords plugged in, it feels very flimsy and not very secure. I then realized that my battery slowly drains when I'm not using my computer unless its always plugged in. If my computer isn't plugged in, it will almost always be dead the next day when I want to use it. has anybody else had this battery draining problem? I need to get another new laptop.

First time buying a MacBook and I loved I everything about it! One thing I did not like was the camera it looks a little blurry/low quality. So that kind of disappointed me.

I bought this computer in April to use for graduate school. I cannot take notes on this computer nor focus on my schoolwork because the keys stick so bad. It double types keys or just doesn't type at all. The worst of all is the space bar. They took off the keys and reapplied them and it still isn't working . Since I bought it in April they won't exchange. I spent 1000 dollars on a computer that is supposed to last 10+ years and can't even use it. If you insist on getting a MacBook, get one without the butterfly keys.

Whatever you do, do not get a computer that comes from Martinsburg Wv best buy. We purchased a macbook that was open box but in good condition. We didn't recieved a box, we don't know that the item we purchased was actually the item we recieved and it had no cords or adapters on top of that they brought it out to us with not bag in the pouring rain. The most grueling part is that we spent 960.00 for this item. I'm disappointment with purchase and the missing information about the item. If the item is open and its missing peices the tag should say what it is missing so that the purchaser can get what they need or make a better buying decision.
