Got this for the kids for homework, so far it does that. It fires up, quickly, and accesses the portals they need easily. The password ID is great. It turns on and works- that is what I expected.

It's really a great laptop for basic use word processing, web browsing, etc. Most of the features of a MacBook Pro on a smaller lighter form factor. Butterfly keyboard seems to not have the same issues as my previous. Worth the price. Even more when on sale.

I personally will only purchase MAC and this was the perfect Christmas gift for my daughter. This is a laptop she will have for years to come. If your looking for a laptop for any reason get a Macbook Air, the extra cost will be worth it in the long run.

Going into this year with remote learning, we needed a machine that we could count on for both performance and reliability, as well as service. Mac has you covered. This has been a sound investment for my daughter's education!

Great laptop but make sure you buy the Apple Care. If you are student you get discount at Apple for the Apple Care. We did not buy Apple care and had crack on screen, which Best Buy said it would cost at minimum $1200.00 to fix! This Mac book didn't even cost that much. And they said it was going to cost that at minimum because they were going to have to send it to Apple directly. Went to Apple directly myself and they fixed it for $450.00. So if you're considering this MacBook definitely get the Apple Care. I guess Best Buy was going to charge us $750.00 to "send" it themselves.

Exactly what my sophomore daughter needed for school! Best Buy even came through with a discount and payment plan! Love their employees and customer service! I buy anything electronics-related here!

Mac book Air is easy to set up and use immediately. It is equivalent to the Mac desk top computer but light and easy to transport. I was hesitant to buy a laptop after using my Mac desktop for the last ten years but I am very pleased with the Mac book Air.

It seems to work fine. I like the touch ID. I appreciate having a faster machine that accepts the current apps.

I bought this for my sister as a gift for her university and remote work. She loves it! the fingerprint feature is great!! I have a 2013 version that still works great. After trying the macbook ill never go back to windows.

I love how sleek and thin this laptop is. I ordered a case for it and an extra USB adapter since the MacBooks no longer come with the standard USB_A ports. It's not a huge inconvenience because with the adapter I now have extra USB ports to use.

Battery last long, beautiful visual quality on the screen. Photos look sharp. Love that it synced my iPhone to it and I didn’t Have to download my document and photos. Definitely recommend! Thanks Best Buy ! They had fast shipping too!!

I was satisfied with everything except the finder app would not read that the laptop was connected to the internet. I did exchange and actually upgraded to the MacBook Pro. Outside of that though the laptop was awesome pro is even better.

We had a MacBook Pro that we replaced with this and we love it. It was easy to transfer all of our files and I live the Touch ID instead of having to enter a password to unlock the computer

This computer is being used for social media marketing, creating images, etc. It is just what we needed. It's fast, has plenty of storage and is easy to take wherever work can be done.

We bought a laptop for a student whose books were issued on an iPad. After two years we found moving to MacBook much better option and wish we had just started with one two years ago.

Great size,screen view is very sharp. Fast processing. I purchased an aftermarket device to allow me to use my usb memory devices. Works great for my quilting and embroidery files as well as photos. Happy to have the on board memory as well.

It took a while for me to switch, but I’m glad I did! The connectability between devices is amazing, and they make small tasks that usually have several steps with windows super easy and seamless. Still learning, but glad I made the switch!

I purchased this Airbook Mac as an open box. I was able to open it before purchasing. It looked perfect and it is. I have been using my laptop for about 5 months now and it is great. If you like Macs you will love this one.

I was torn between purchasing an apple device or sticking to my windows as I have always used windows laptops. The transition wasn't as complicated as I thought it would be and it has been an easy transition. Some features like not being able to delete files with the keyboard button are a little annoyance but overall it is a great laptop. Lightweight and portable which is quite convenient for a student like me.

I loved the new Apple Air that I bought. I was in a rush that day hurrying to catch a flight. The associates were very helpful in buying the right item. They also rushed it for me.
