    I like this laptop but what I don’t like is that the FaceTime camera is not clear. That’s what really got me. I went from a 2015 MacBook Pro that had very clear FaceTime camera to this 2019 MacBook Air that has really bad quality.

    1st time Mac owner..so far so good. A little funkiness to get used to ..otherwise easy to navigate Mac OS and everything is very intuitive.

    After only 6 months, screen went bad (from the inside). Although I have the Apple Care plan, COVID-19 makes it impossible to get computer fixed for the foreseeable future. Apple stores are closed, Geek Squad closed, and a three month minimum wait if shipped to Apple for repair.
