    I like the Laptop for its sleekness. That doesn’t mean that Apple can remove basic options for which we use a laptop. There is no USB slot, no SD slot, no slot for laptop locks. Just a couple of slot that requires adopters that need to be carried all the time.

    The laptop has almost everything one needs to use and work with. Now the issue. The Catalina operating system for some unknown reason refuses to accept DVD and CD’s. The Geek Squad tried but could not solve the issue. The 30 day warranty had a few days left and we would have to leave the laptop with the Geek Squad so they could purge the system & reinstall the IOS. We were leaving town & needed the computer. Therefore a fee of about $200 To leave it to be fixed. NO WAY were we going to do that so we just have to live with the defective laptop. So there is the issue.

    Great Apple product. We had a terrible time getting Microsoft office installed on it. Took several calls, live chats and a week to get it installed properly.
