This is my third MacBook. While it still works over a year later, it’s been glitchy since I took it out of the box. I probably should’ve returned it, but I never did and now it’s too late.

They don’t tell you when you first set up and name your computer that you will need to remember that name. You won’t be able to log in unless you have an Apple ID and password in order to reset your computer name and log in. Insane!

I have no complaints about the laptop however we purchased from best buy under the impression we would receive reward points with the purchase. We did not. We were mislead at the time of purchase. Very disappointed with Best Buy

I was so excited about this purchase! I had never owned a laptop before and Apple has to be the best, right? WRONG! I brought it home and within hours it was getting so incredibly hot. So we decided to return it. ( maybe it was just this one that was faulty). So we swapped it out for another one and the same thing happened. We returned that one too and got our money back. Never again!

I had a macpro last time I bought a computer. I wish I got one again for the screen size and for the improved keyboard. I honestly hate the keys, they are loud and get stuck easily.

Okay, seems to lag a lot even if I'm just writing a paper with nothing else running. Can't really run any games though it isn't built for them anyway.

This was purchased for my daughter, she loves it. She actually liked it so much that we got one for my mother whose almost 70, she’s not too tech savvy so it was perfect!

This is my third MacBook Air. The performance is on par with the previous machines, but there are a couple of issues I never had with my old computers. The battery on this one started draining quickly right around the time the warranty expired. The battery is almost completely drained (only 1~2% left) every morning. Another issue is that Touch ID stops recognizing my finger prints. So, I gave up using Touch ID.

Didn’t buy a warranty due to the fact that I take good care of my stuff. It doesn’t matter how good you take care of your stuff when your laptop starts to overheat less than a month having it. I also have battery life issues as well. I’m not a satisfied customer

I purchased this item for my daughter that is sixteen and she had a hard time using it with school due to programs not being compatible

I really havent been able to get the most out of what i know this laptop can do at all. allive been able to do on it is listen to a couple songs and watchit be controlled by the upstairs neighbors and his band of buddies with their girlfriends and/ormoms idk, hard to tell. yall have set it up for me before but apparently not well enough. cant wait for this covid to end so i can take it in for a persnal look

Buy a pro. But don’t do it thru the leasing program. They charge double but are sly with there words.

The current MacBook pros have an issue with overheating which throttles the power. This air was no different. I would suggest waiting for the next gen before committing. I was disappointed and ended up returning it. At that price point, it should be running flawlessly
