This laptop came at a great price but didn't have the capabilities that I needed. Best Buy was nice and exchanged it for one that worked better.

Showed up on time and in good condition does what I need it to do I’m satisfied

Having trouble transferring data from my old computer (MAC Desktop). Pictures from on-line sources, such as AOL, Instagram, Google, etc., are too dark to look at. "Captcha" pictures are postage-stamp black boxes, making selections impossible. Most of all, difficulty in getting product support. Would not recommend at this time.

I would not recommend this it was refurbished but it keeps dying the battery does not keep

I bought a refurbished Mac and I am very happy with how well it works. I don’t use a laptop very often so it didn’t make sense for me to buy a new one. It came with everything I needed and powered right up.

It feels pretty good, but the number 8 keyboard and the number 9 keyboard of this computer don’t work, so I returned it. I hope to ship it next time, and don’t send out unusable computers.

Well, I got this device to be able to use garage band (music editing and recording program) and it turns it the OS doesn't support it and there is no way to upgrade it. The fact my iPad from 2012 ran it, is strange to me. I guess I should have done more research. Needless to say, I'm not super happy about that.

I am very pleased with this product. For a certified refurbished laptop, I got more than what I expected. The laptop is fully functional, there are no deficits in appearance and function, only a handful of scuffs and scratches that don't affect the use of the laptop. For the price, I am very satisfied!!

If I could give Best But a zero I would. Bought a “certified refurbished” MacBook for my son for Christmas. Opened it Christmas morning and upon installing an update (it wasn’t updated when we bought it) it got stuck in a loop. Can’t get passed the failure to update screen. Brought it back yesterday to have them help us so we could wipe his information and they told us to fix it we had to pay $100. Horrible policy for a brand new purchase.
