I really like apples user in the user interface for their laptop, but the MacBook Air specifically has a lot of trouble keeping up with my daily tasks. And I only run basic programs. My recommendation is if you're going to invest the money, just buy the pro and save yourself the headache.

This MacBook Air has exceeded all my expectations. The new Apple M4 chip is an absolute powerhouse—everything opens instantly, I can multitask with heavy apps, edit high-resolution photos and videos, and it all runs flawlessly. The integration with Apple Intelligence makes the experience even smoother and more intuitive. The 15-inch display is stunning, with vibrant colors and incredible sharpness whether I’m working or streaming shows. Despite its larger size, it remains ultra-light and extremely portable, which makes it perfect for working on the go. Battery life is excellent, lasting the entire day even under heavy use. The Midnight finish looks elegant and modern, giving the laptop a professional yet stylish touch. In short: power, portability, and premium design in one package. If you’re looking for a fast, reliable, and sleek laptop, this MacBook Air is the best choice.

I upgraded to the MacBook Air 15-inch M4 (16GB / 512GB) and I’m convinced Apple hid a small team of engineers inside it. I click something and it’s already open. I don’t even get time to regret my decision. The 15-inch display is perfect. It’s big enough that I feel important, but still thin enough to slide into a bag like it pays rent there. And somehow it’s lighter than my emotional baggage. The M4 chip? Disrespectful. I threw 30+ tabs at it, edited video, streamed music, and tried to overwhelm it out of principle. Nothing. No fan noise. No heat. It just handled everything like, “Is that all?” 16GB RAM is the sweet spot. No micromanaging apps. No closing Chrome like it’s a threat. We operate in abundance now. Battery life is absurd. I charged it yesterday. It’s today. We’re still good. I’m starting to think it charges itself out of confidence. Midnight color? Dangerous. Looks like it negotiates contracts and wins. Downside? Now I expect this level of performance from everything in my life. Including myself. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Would I tell my old laptop I’ve moved on? Also yes.

Very good product, I recently purchased the Apple MacBook Air 15-inch with the M4 chip (16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Midnight) and I couldn’t be happier. The performance is incredibly smooth and fast — everything from multitasking to running heavier applications feels effortless. The 16GB of memory makes a huge difference when working with multiple tabs, documents, and programs at once. The 15-inch display is beautiful, bright, and sharp. It’s perfect for productivity, watching videos, or doing creative work. The Midnight color also looks sleek and premium in person. Battery life is amazing — it easily lasts all day without needing a charge. The laptop is lightweight and thin for a 15-inch model, which makes it easy to carry around for school or work. Overall, this MacBook Air feels powerful, efficient, and premium. If you’re looking for a fast, reliable laptop that can handle both everyday tasks and more demanding work, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend.

I traded down from a MacBook Pro, and don't feel any impact to my day-to-day use (I'm not a gamer, graphic designer, or content creator). I also love that the M4 chip is solid state. And the processing speed compared with my old laptop is like night and day. The speakers aren't as good, but that's not a big deal for me. I don't quite get the upsides of the new (fabric) power cord, and even after a couple of weeks, I think it looks like an aftermarket item. And I'm not a fan of the magnetic power connector (ones I've had in the past broke with age). And it's a bummer that there aren't USB-C ports on both sides of the unit...but I don't feel too terribly impacted by that either. My major concerning issue is that for a new computer, I get a lot of hung up apps and spinning circles. So my fingers are crossed that I didn't buy a lemon. Love the Starlight color. Love how lightweight it is.

I’m really impressed with this new 15-inch MacBook Air. The Sky Blue color is unique and looks amazing in person. It’s super light and thin, but still really powerful thanks to the new M4 chip. Everything runs fast — apps open instantly, multitasking is smooth with 16GB of memory, and the battery easily lasts all day. The screen is big and super clear, great for work and watching videos. Plus, 512GB of storage is more than enough for everything I need. Overall, it’s a perfect mix of speed, style, and performance. Totally worth it!

The 15-inch MacBook Air with the M4 chip has been a reliable and well-designed laptop so far. The larger screen is a noticeable improvement for multitasking and everyday work, while the device still remains thin and easy to carry. Performance has been smooth and consistent. The M4 chip handles daily tasks, multiple applications, and light creative work without any issues. With 16GB of memory and a 512GB SSD, everything feels responsive and storage hasn’t been a concern. Battery life has been dependable throughout the day, and the laptop runs quietly even under heavier use compared to my old laptop where I had to keep it on the charger 24/7

The M4 MacBook Air is a powerful and portable laptop praised for its excellent general productivity performance, all-day battery life, and premium build quality. It features the same M4 chip as the MacBook Pro, offering fast performance for tasks like coding, light video editing, and everyday productivity, with the main difference being its lack of a fan, which can lead to throttling during extended, high-demand tasks. Key strengths include a sharp display, comfortable keyboard and trackpad, and an improved 1080p webcam, but its limited port selection remains a drawback.

The 15-inch MacBook Air with the M2 chip is fast, lightweight, and beautifully designed. The larger Retina display is perfect for multitasking, and the battery easily lasts all day. It runs silently and handles everything from work to light creative tasks with ease. Downsides? Limited ports and no high-refresh display—but overall, it’s an excellent choice for anyone needing power and portability in one sleek package.

I finally got my boyfriend a new laptop for Christmas, and I fear I may have outdone myself. He hasn't gotten a laptop since his old one broke years ago and he's been just sharing with my laptop. First of all, this thing is beautiful. The midnight color? Sleek and definitely judging my laptop from across the room. It runs smoothly and the fan noise is nonexistence. He used the laptop all night and the battery life seems to last longer than I thought, which is honestly suspicious. Downside? He loves it a little too much.

I recently purchased the new MacBook Air with the M4 chip from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience—from the product itself to the store service. Performance: The M4 chip is incredibly fast and efficient. Whether I’m multitasking, editing photos, or streaming, everything runs smooth and silent. Apps launch instantly, and battery life is seriously impressive—easily lasting me all day without needing to charge. Design & Portability: Apple nailed the sleek, lightweight design again. It’s thin, solidly built, and perfect for working on the go. The screen is bright and vibrant, and the keyboard and trackpad feel great to use. It looks and feels premium in every way. Best Buy Experience: Buying from Best Buy was hassle-free. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and I even got it on sale. Pickup was quick, and everything was well-packaged and ready to go. I appreciate the peace of mind that comes with their customer service and return policy too. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a powerful, portable laptop with top-notch battery life and premium performance, the MacBook Air M4 is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend both the device and Best Buy! ⸻

As a college student studying Music Education, I needed a reliable laptop that could handle both everyday tasks and more demanding music software. I chose the MacBook Air 15-inch with the M4 chip, 16GB of memory, and 512GB of storage, and it has exceeded my expectations so far. What I love most is how lightweight and portable it is—perfect for carrying around campus. The battery life is outstanding; I can go an entire day of classes and practice sessions without needing to recharge. The retina display is vibrant and clear, which makes everything from score editing to video lectures a better experience. Performance-wise, the M4 chip is incredibly fast and efficient. I’ve run notation software and audio tools without any lag or freezing. Even with multiple tabs and apps open, the MacBook runs smoothly and stays cool. I also really appreciate how quiet it is—even during heavier tasks, I don’t hear any fan noise, which is important during recording or practicing. So far, I don’t have any major complaints. It’s a bit of an investment, but for what I need, it’s 100% worth it.

Great machine. Screen is super sexy, wish it was matte and higher refresh rate, but still top of the line, It's like I'm watching movies for the first time on this thing, the quality and colors are INSANE. The M4 chip is a beast. No hiccups, like it's so good you don't even think you're using a computer, you're just going about your day doing 30 things at once and everything works flawlessly. Sky blue color is gorgeous, and battery life is insane. I have a crappy dell latitude for work (worst computer u can spend 1.4 thousand dollars on) so I don't use this MacBook like on a 9-5 basis, but I use it a lot after work and on weekends. Internet surfing, and medium to heavy music production on GarageBand. If I'm not producing music, I could literally charge this once per week. If I was HEAVY producing in like 2-3 hour bursts then it'd last me a bit under 2 days (super impressive still). If it's medium producing and heavy web surfing then maybe 3-5 days on a single charge. Unreal. I've had this for a month and a half and I've charged it from low battery to 100 ONLY 11 TIMES!!!! You'd need a $3000 windows laptop to get 75% of that battery performance. Also did I mention that Dell Latitudes are horribly awful?
