Defective, probably why it was pre-owned

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a pre-pwned laptop that I ordered for my sister who is a freshman in college. She has had several issues with this computer that started after the return period had passed. The screen has frozen and scrambled so badly and she’s had issues with it spontaneously turning off. Best Buy pretty much sold us a defective laptop which is such a shame for the amount of money we paid. We’ll have to take it to an Apple store and hope it doesn’t cost a fortune to repair.
