I have waited such a long time to be able to get myself a Mac. I cannot believe that I finally have one. It is such a great computer. Apple (high-pitched voice)!!! It truly is a great value for the money invested. I do wish they were at least a little cheaper, however you still get what you pay for in America. Can you buy a computer cheaper? You bet!! You will still only have a cheaper computer that will need to be replaced in the next year!!! Just sayin!!!!

The switch over to a mac was somewhat difficult at first due to the differences in the touch pad. The instructional videos were very helpful though and I have actually found tools such as the two finger scroll and four finger viewing far better than I expected. The icons are very accessible which is very nice and user friendly. The one thing that I would change is removing some of the default icons that are unnecessary on the main applications document. There are many useful ones that come included though which I have really enjoyed such as iTunes, iPhoto, and Safari.

This MacBook Pro is fairly easy to use. I haven't had any major problems so far.

love this computer... went from PC to MAC and I love it. Very easy to use... hard to get used to but easy to use. Nice features, no issues so far....

I learned on Mac. When graduated, the world was using PC. Once I got used to the Mac platform again, it's great. Very glad I made the switch back.

This is, as said before a great product, got my OS upgrade easily and a 100 dollar best buy gift card along with student discount, great deal. I would prefer an upgraded memory to 8GB as the base operating system uses about 2.5 - 3GB or RAM so, if you want to run virtual machines like I do, you should upgrade your ram. Other than that the base 13" model works great.

I love this computer. Use it for all my school needs. The only issue I've had is an warning that pops up every time I open iTunes. I've had it into the Genius Bar and they weren't able to solve the issue. I was told I either have to live with the pop up or shut off my firewall!

Great computer well worth the extra money. Very quick in operation and nice features minus the viruses, a big plus.

I bought this for my daughter for school.She loves it. Light weight and compact. Does everything she needs.

I was nervous to spend as much money as I did on this macbook, but it has proven to definitely be worth the money. If you're stuck between whether to buy a macbook or a pc, definitely go with the macbook! you won't regret it!

Works great! I always had a PC but I love my Mac, it's very user friendly and easy to learn how to use!

The speed is great - monitor quality is outstanding. Unit is slightly heavy and footprint is large for a 13" laptop. Easy to move from a p.c. I believe I will now stay with Mac/Apple products.

Apple macbooks are having an issue with the graphics card and the processors not working correctly together. It causes odd black screens and the computer crashing. Its a known problem. Google it. I brought the new computer to Apple Genius Bar when I noticed the problem and they said they were aware of it but there was nothing they could do. They told me to return it to bestbuy. I went to bestbuy to exchange it but I was forced to return it. I am a Federal Employee and BestBuy matches Apples Federal Store prices. The manager at the Potomac Yard Store said this was not true and would not honor the price I bought it at their Pentagon City store. Long story short, I returned the computer and BB lost a $1154 sale. I was very annoid but in the end I will buy it from Apple on my Amex and get the second year warranty free.

Love this computer in every way but one... the speakers! They aren't terrible but I like to listen to music from my computer a lot of the time so this matters to me. You just dont get a clear and loud sound. Other than that I'm in love!

Product is great and although it was more expensive, I am confident that I I wont be having problems with it in a year like the other computers. Only problem I've had is that the cursor freezes at times so I have to close it for a minute and let it reset....kind of annoying and would like to figure out how to keep that from happening.

It takes a little bit of getting used to. I'm still learning and not real good with it yet. Bought it because I'm tired of buying a new Windows machine every 2 or 3 years. The 13.3 screen is small. I bought it most to have to travel with easier. If it were my primary home machine, I'd want bigger display. But the 13" is about $700 less than the 15".

purchased Mac for the wife after her PC went on the blink!. She loves it and that, makes me happy. Must compliment Best Buy for their selections and friendly site from inception through check out.
