Terrible

I had this computer for a little over two weeks and the screen started to glitch out. Thankfully, the service in the store was incredible. Be cautious and prepare to possibly return the product if needed.

HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY

I contacted the store, they told me to go to Apple. Apple said the computer was refurbished by Best Buy and they couldn't do anything. Best Buy geek squad said they couldn't do anything but it had a one year warranty one it and to call CCR. CCR said that my computer serial number didn't exist and couldn't do anything. I am so angry. I owe over $500 for a piece of crap. Best Buy on line chat just basically told me that i need to go to the store.

Item came defective, non working condition.

I tried to return it, but the deadline to have it back was just 15 days, and unfortunately I took it to have it checked prior. I never expected an item bought via Bestbuy, regardless it was used, that it would arrice defective. I lost my money.

Affordable Laptop

Utter Disappointment

In 3 days the spot grew larger and larger. Just spends $350 more and get a latest model. FYI - I really didn’t want give this a start however, it doesn’t allow me to post my review without at-least one star.
