Didn’t work

I was told they couldn’t replace it so I had to return it. My business took a hit as a result. It appeared the store didn’t want to deal with me.

Good for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been very pleased so far, it was in perfect physical condition. I do wish that as a part of refurbishing, BB had installed the latest operating system (it still had the old OSX operating system so the TurboTax program I purchased from Best Buy didn't work). Fortunately, BB let me return the disk and later I learned how to download OS Sierra for free. The anti-virus included for free and the Office I purchased also would not download, so I called the 800 number and they sold me Norton (which I prefer anyway). A tech took over my machine and installed Norton, Office and cleaned up the system as part of the Norton purchase. Again, all of this should have already been done during refurbishing (not sure what they actually do!) but it all worked out and I have a great laptop for a good price.
