Great, efficient product that is always reliable

Seamless intergration with my other products, sturdy and attractive case. I just took it out of the box and started using it. No need for 3 hours to update, add users and download antivirus (sorry Microsoft....). Was just ready to go. The addition of preloaded tutorials and real person tech support makes it a amazing purchase.
