I was skeptical on trying to "learn" something new but it really wasn't difficult. I still have a lot to learn but for what I use it for its been great. Best Buy sales associates were very informative on the basics. I recommend getting the 3 year apple care. I've called twice and never waited long and they were able to help with everything and more.
