I needed a new computer as my Apple laptop purchased in 2007 can no longer be upgraded. This 13.5" laptop is working out just fine. The price was right, the size makes it easier to take on vacations or to work places. Not big and bulky. So glad I bought it.

I have always been in to new gadgets and overall great technology and apple nailed it on this computer. Everything works great and I have not had a problem with it whatsoever. The battery life is also awesome you can go a couple of days without charging this beast.

I had the MacBook Air all through graduate school plus 3 years of work. It was a great computer but this new MacBook Pro, along with all of its new features are truly amazing. The Touch ID, Siri, and the new bar on the keyboard make every day tasks so much easier.

Despite being open box, everything works well and my son, who is in college, is pleased

Great laptop, pricey, I had to make lots of adjustments to be compatible with the canvas program for school and even with the student discount, I still feel Apple takes advantage of people with their over exorbitant prices.

Easy set-up and much faster than my old imac. Tip when connecting to external monitor to go into System preferences and sound to set where sound should come from - either your lap top or monitor

This is a great computer if you do not want to have to upgrade again for a few years.

I like how fast this computer is and I love syncing pictures, etc. from my iPhone.

I have used Apple MacBook Pro since 2010. I used to use HP but will never go back.

Apple products are the way to go, had enough of HP laptop hard drives crashing. The only thing I don't like: no USB or HDMI ports. Had to buy a ""hyper-drive" to get these ports (extra $100). Apple products last forever if you take care of them.

Upgraded from an older MacBook Pro and MAN what a difference. This was for my son who is in a media arts program at school and also into making music. This thing handles everything he throws at it and was a bargain to comparable Macs.

Like Best Buy. Knowledgeable salespeople, good prices, and nice payment terms.

This is a wonderful very functional laptop. My children use it more than me.

It's AMAZING! I am a college student who wanted a laptop for multitasking and this is perfect. I can switch between MS Word, Excel, and the internet immediately. Touch bar also makes life a bit easier for me when using excel and word. I also like to run Photoshop because one of my hobbies is digital art. Everything runs smoothly and the screen is crystal clear. I would give it 5 stars but there is no HDMI or USB 3.0 ports. There is no CD rom either.

My purchase of this lap top has been a real blessing. After going through three other lap tops in 7 years this one is so much more advanced and so much lighter to carry around. The picture quality is awesome !! Sure fun tinkering with it!!

Had a MacBook for 8 years hope this one lasts that long a great purchase

This is a fast and efficient and portable computer. I’m a student and I use it constantly. I regret not buying the protection plan because I had to replace the screen ($750) three months after getting it after it was dropped!
