The learning curve from PC to make wasn’t as steep as I had expected. No issues connecting/ printing wirelessly to either of my printers. Ability to work/move between Mac and iPhone is seamless. Quick startup - no waiting for programs to load (looking at you windows). The computer also has strong battery life!

Great laptop a bit pricey, fast and works smoothly. Good for college. Heats up a lot and can get loud sometimes.

Having been an IT Director for a home health agency, a SR Network Engineer for an MSP, and Media Lead for our church, I have had a fair share of laptops through the years. So far, this has been the best laptop purchase I have made in the last 25 years.

I have primarily used Windows for a very long time, and this is my first Mac. That being said, this is a great laptop! It's got a lot of useful features, a nice keyboard, and it's portable. Whether you're new or have been using Macs for a long time, you'll find that this purchase is absolutely worth it.

My college freshman was in need of a computer that would handle all of her online class requirements. She had a much older MAC book that was very slow. Because she loved the MAC we decided to purchase another one that, hopefully, will see her through the next 4 years. So far it has worked great!

I upgraded from an early 2015 version to this late 2020 Mac Book Pro and couldn't be happier. The keyboard and design are a lot better than what I had and the positive speed difference of the computer is very noticeable. It's not a must upgrade by any means but I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I had an older MacBook Pro that was much heavier because of when it was made. When I received my new MacBook Pro, it was very light so I was skeptical. Once I opened it and began working it was awesome! the touch id along with the touch bar are great additions and it performs well. Highly recommended!

We just upgraded my wife's MBP, to the newest version, 13", Retina Screen, upgraded processor and memory. The new MBP is providing excellent imaging, processing speed, blue tooth connectivity, and speakers. As has been the case for our Apple purchases over 14 years, this MBP is just excellent!

My 15-year old daughter got this for Christmas & she absolutely loves it! She hasn’t put it down! It’s such an amazing piece of electronic & is so easy for her to work & understand. She also is able to use it for school which is even more amazing!

It over heats. From day one its over heated. I only gave it 3 stars because it really is a nice laptop. It just runs hot all the time. Honestly I wish I waited 2 months and just got the m1 chip for 400 cheaper. It runs cooler and faster with the new design, Im honestly hoping I can trade in my laptop for the new one, since I bought it in September but didn't open it til jan. 3 year warranty too.

Awesome! I’ve always had Microsoft products and various brand laptops that never lasted. I love the convenience this product offers. The Touch Bar is so cool and makes for easy access. I love the synchronization with my phone, computer and tablet.

If you are looking for a laptop that is good for business applications, photo and video editing, this is it. Incredibly fast and reliable thus far! I won't get into all of fhe specifications, you can do that but from a user's perspective, it's a fantastic laptop. Very happy with my purchase!

Compared with Microsoft laptop 3, Hp Spectre 360. This one was the fastest, had the best camera, most comfortable keyboard, best trackpad, and speakers. I am also extremely impressed with how easy it is to use. I have always had HP in the past, so this was a big change, no regrets whatsoever.

This thing does everything I could possibly throw at it. It smoothly handles imovie exports as well as handbrake video conversions. Battery lasts several hours and charges within an hour. I still don't like that this doesn't have MagSafe charging like my old mac but it's still pretty great.

This MacBook is fantastic! So easy to use, light weight and easy on the eyes. The track pad is a fantastic alternative to a typical mouse. Love having the 4 ports to connect external drives. Charges quickly! Great sound quality! It will last me for years making it a worthwhile purchase!

The keyboard is great. Better than the pre-butterfly models and a huge improvement over the butterfly. Its faster than the 2017 Macbook pro 15 inch that it replaced. Runs everything I need very well. This is the first time I go down to the smaller, less powerful model, and I'm very impressed.

I scoured the internet and this is definitely hands-down the best deal on the MacBook pro 2020. The space Grey looks so much more modern than the silver in person. If you want the MacBook pro 2020 13inch, trust me when I say this is the one for you. Its day 1 and so far, its stunning and sleek

I had an idea that this would be a pretty fast laptop but I was still floored by how fast it was compared to a recent Surface Pro 6. The keyboard and touchpad are both great and responsive, nothing like a prior Surface keyboard. Loving this little workhorse and happy about this purchase!

Been looking to upgrade to a MacBook Pro and having this one on sale at Best Buy was perfect. I like the display and the 16GB memory and 512GB SSD is perfect for my needs. Love these Best Buy deals with something that fits my needs
