This is a great computer. This replaced a nearly identical Macbook Pro I used for 5 years. I expected an improvement in the internal webcam and sound after 5 years. I do think they improved the sound some, but the webcam is no better, and perhaps not quite as good. I do like the new touch bar. I think I liked the mag power supply better. Again, this is a great computer. Had they improved the webcam (it is still sufficient), I would have given 5 stars.

Love it. Retired my 2011 era 13” MacBook Pro and bought this. Super happy with the keyboard. Using mostly for Lightroom, Photoshop, and YouTube. Haven’t noticed any heat issues. I’m sure this will last me 5+ years.

I had the older version of the 13" MacBook Pro with the butterfly keyboard and absolutely hated the typing experience. The updated keyboard on this latest model is one of the best laptop keyboards I've used. Also thrilled to have a real escape key and arrow keys again.

I needed a new laptop for college. The Apple-MacBook Pro seemed to have most of the features I was looking for as a Science major. Good memory, speed,and storage. Unfortunately no color choices left in store only space gray? The down side of it is I couldn't plug in my headphones or charge my iPhone 11 directly from the laptop I had to buy 2 adapters to support that function and they were difficult to find, thankfully Best Buy had recieved them and I bought from them.

I'm all Apple all the time so it was no surprise to me this Pro is a fantastic machine. It replaces a 2013 1/2 MacBook Air which was also a good laptop but the speed and memory in the Pro are over the top better. I'd still never go back to a PC.

Replaced an older desktop Mac that could no longer be updated. Works flawlessly and has integrated into the home systems seamlessly, AND it is portable. Purchase could not have been easier, buy, pickup, unbox, start using.

Coming from a PC, I’m slowly but surely learning what all can be done on my Mac. Love the easy crossover to my iPhone and iPad. Glad I finally decided to have all my devices be able to interact with each other. Looking forward to learning what all my Macbook can do.

This is my 2nd MacBook Pro. I originally had a 2017 16” model. I am so happy Apple finally decided to change the keyboard. This laptop is compact, has great speakers, great cooling system and a nice keyboard.

Pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it also very fast I use this for video editing.

A beautiful Macbook to bring you in to a whole new world of what a computer can do. What it should do and how it should be. You'll have no regrets owning this; especially if you want to use it for music like garageband or edit some movies on imovie.

This is a great computer for graduate school. I am able to easily share files between my phone, iMac, iPad, and this laptop. Battery life has been most of the day unless streaming on it. I do recommend getting a case/cover.

Waited a long time to upgrade from a 12” MacBook and took the plunge when prices became better. The slightly larger and much higher quality screen makes a big difference, also the new backlit keyboard and enhanced performance from the new processor and 16 gb RAM.

These MacBooks are perfect. My wife and I have gone through several brands of PC laptops over the years and by far we love these much more! They are very easy to use and I love that there is no connection problems.

I was hesitant on buying this MacBook Pro because of the price, but I bit the bullet and did it. Don’t regret it one bit. Everything was easy to setup and synced with my other apple products easily. Definitely recommend this computer!

Best laptop I've owned. Has been super solid for all of my needs (video editing, music recording, and everyday tasks). Definitely was the right choice for what I need.

I bought this open box for around $1280 with taxes for the i5, 16gb Ram, 500gb storage model. Reason for buying really was my my wife whom is a photographer and It works fine for her. It’s reliable and work great.

This is a good computer. I use Microsoft word mostly and it does a great job. Shifts really quickly when I press the shift button. Also, it’s shiny. I’ve had white computers. I’ve had black computers. I always wanted shiny.

So for that I’ve had it’s been great. Very fast computer thanks to the 10th gen processor. Overall, it’s the best MacBook Pro you can get for the price because it’s way better then $1300 MacBook and still performs great but maybe not as great as the >$2k ones.

Great computer. Latest technology! I bought it for my 11 year old daughter and she learned how to use it very fast.... she loves the screen and the design... it was more expensive than other computers but the quality is way superior than others....

I bought this because I needed a new laptop going into college. I wanted something I knew would last me a long time (at least 5 years). Having had a chrome book that didn’t last long or preform very well, I thought spending the extra money on a MacBook would me worth it and I was right! This laptop runs so smooth, the display is gorgeous and I love the keyboard as well. It is definitely an ideal laptop if you are looking for something to last a long time and are willing to pay extra for it now. The only problem I have is the battery life. This could be because I bought it at a discounted price but it said certified excellent so I’m not sure why. The battery doesn’t last as long as I feel it should but maybe that’s just me and not the laptop.
