Great device, worth to upgrade for my MBP 2017. Bought as Open-Box Excellent - Certified, and laptop is in mint condition. It was worth getting discount price.

I've been using this for less than a month but so far I'm enjoying the magic keyboard. The sound seems a little low though. Even all the way up. It is much heavier than my old Macbook Air and I miss that lightness but it's faster. I will need more time to figure out how I feel about this laptop. It's been good to me so far.

I've always love Apple MacBook Pro and this one is no exception. It's fast and does everything that I need to do, definitely recommend this to anyone!

The 2020 MacBook Pro 13" definitely deserves an applaud. Apple has finally made the keyboard better with raised keys which give better feedback and are good to type on. The touchbar is also better as we now have the "esc" and power keys out of it and hence you will not annoy yourself by accidentally touching the bar to activate, say, siri or the esc! Going back to Best Buy - I ordered this online, got it before the date promised via secured shipping from FedEx, so definitely happy about it. The product was nicely packed, apart from the apple packing, i.e. This was bought for my wife, so she loves it! Thanks Best Buy!

My daughter loves the mac book for her homework and wifh her going into college it was a great buy to help her with her assignments.

Excellent 13 inch MacBook Pro. Significant upgrade from old MacBook that my wife used. Fast more memory great color. Love the LED touch bar like my 15 inch MacBook Pro.
