I am seven months into using this MacBook Pro. I have been through one laptop every other year for the last 15 years. I decided I did that idea. I love Alice computer interfaces with my phone and iPad.

This computer has been so good to me. I was trying to decide between the MacBook Pro and the MacBook Air for school. I am an applied math major, so I wasn't really sure which one would fit me best, but this computer has been great! Would highly recommend.

Managed to snag this bad boy open box so it was $500 off! They are a little overpriced, but I think it’s well worth it! The quality is amazing! If you do get a 2020 MacBook Pro, make sure it’s one with a 10th gen processor and not the slower, outdated 8th gen cpu...

I like the new look and size as well as the new upgrades. Easy to setup and operate with the finger print ID. The picture quality is super nice and the sound coming through my Bluetooth headphones is amazing.

Arrived on time, was in great condition and packed well. The delivery man did not have me sign for it, but just left it on the porch after knocking - probably not the best thing. Luckily I was expecting it. Otherwise it works beautifully and does all we need.

My first laptop purchase. Thanks, BestBuy for shipping to APO. It took 6 weeks but I finally received my laptop and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Switching from a PC will take some time but it will be worth it.

Transferring iPhotos from old Mac to new computer photos was cumbersome. Excellent resolution and very fast

This version is great for developers.It perfect combination RAM and CPU capacity.

Easy ordering, good price and fast turnaround for pickup. Only thing is I wish the pick-up area was more clearly marked. I waited in Customer service line for 20 minutes before being directed to proper location

I couldn't be more impressed with this and how easily it synced with all my other apple products. Going from a desktop to this has made my life so better. I don't have to be stationed to one corner of the house. I can move around.

I took the plunge and bought an Apple computer. I believe this was the first purchase I have made from Best Buy. I will definitely go back. Everyone was hopeful and were interested in answering any questions I had.

I’m a college student and I love this laptop! It’s perfect for what I need it for. It’s reliable and connects to everything that I already own such as other apple products! I had another apple computer before this one and transferring stuff over was so easy!

I can't believe how much faster video rendering is with this MacBook compared to my old MacBook Pro (2017). The magic keyboard is wonderful! I purchased an open box online and the outer box was a little banged up but inside was just like new but I saved $100.

I purchased this Mac due to my 2012 Mac's touch pad on it's way out. Great computer, supportive Geek Squad came to my home and spent over two hours assisting correct setup. He was AWESOME - AB. Thank you Bestbuy.

I've never previously owned an Apple product before but decided to get a good laptop for school and it has proven itself useful. It definitely feels nicer and is better built than past hp laptops that I have used.

The laptop started to get hot even during the initial set up stage. I just don't understand why watching videos on YouTube would make the laptop hot. I am curious if everyone is experiencing the same issue or is it just me? Palm rest area also gets hot and it's super annoying. Other than overheating, this MacBook Pro is great.
