Apple laptop was perfect gift for my wife. Didn't realize that it had only thunderbird ports, so I had to buy an adapter later on using curbside pick-up, which was easy.

I am learning how to use this as i have never owned an Apple Product. So far so good. I now have a working conputer. Some apps on the bottom board thing you cannot delete.

Great macbook for anyone looking for one. This does have a few upgrades to it compared to other models so if you don't really need them then you can definitely save yourself a couple extra dollars.

Purchased this MacBook Pro online, and in an hour was able to pick it up! No problems at all; it was ready to go! So much easier than having to go an hour plus south to the Apple Store.

This was my husband's Christmas present, and he is super happy. He loves apple, he grew up with macs and his technology in 1990 and now he is a boy with his best toy.

Bought this when it was on sale to use for upcoming grad school in the Fall. Setup was easy and a perfect upgrade from my 2012 Macbook Pro that has given up on me.

Product fine but a new varied learning curve with it. Disappointed that it took 2 trips to this store in order to even get waited on (after a 2nd 30 minute wait to even check stock!) and then the product wasn't even in stock. Also no answer on phone when I called several times from inside the store to try to get help. The salesman was apologetic for the shortcomings in service.

An excellent laptop with an amazing display and the best OS around. This version is the Intel which unless you do a ton of video editing is just as good as the newer M1.

This model was requested for graduation Hi We purchased our grandchild’s first MacBook when she started High school. She requested the MacBook Pro for college. She has been very happy with Apple Products.

Much needed upgrade and a lot of power in a small laptop. When I need a bigger screen, I simply plug into my monitor and it's smooth sailing.

Love my new Apple MacBook Pro! I ordered the computer online and was able to pick it up in hour and begin using it. The Apple support was very helpful in setting up security on my new computer.

This computer is amazing! I just use it for basic things like email, internet, pictures, etc right now, but hoping to use more of the capabilities soon. I have zero complaints, very happy with my purchase!

I am an avid MacBook user and this is great to add to the rotation, new features are neat and my family can use this as well. Cost is high but you get what you pay for and that’s top quality products.

The keyboard fix makes this worth it. Having the esc key is so nice again. Out of all the macbooks during this generation this one is best. Except for M1 id recommend this laptop over anything else.

This is my first mac computer and coming from windows based computers this thing is amazing. I don't think ill ever go back to a windows pc. As with all apple products the quality and feel is the best.

I bought this laptop for my wife and she loves it the only issue we find with this lap top that it seems to over heat pretty easily . We took it to the Apple store and basically told us that these models tend to heat up. Which for the price shouldn’t be happening at all .
