Mine had Quality Control issues

Then to find out this has been a problem for years, I've very disappointed.

I received a faulty computer, because after only 3 full days of working, while I was using it, it stopped working. Apple was very helpful, but Best Buy did not do much to help with all the inconveniences it caused. Overall, Macbook is great.
