Owned 1st Mac back in early nineties. Easy operation then, but switched due to expensive programs. Purchased this MacBook Pro after 8 years of trouble free use of Asus laptop. Having too many issues with windows 10 and decided to give Apple a try. Wife has 4 year old MacBook Pro which she purchased use from Apple and it operates flawlessly and fast. Unfortunately the new MacBook Pro are more expensive and com with less features for the money, but that's Apple. Still ease of operation and. speed make It worth while. Sill adjusting to change

Love the touch bar. Much better than MacBook Air, I used to have Air in the past but this MacBook Pro is much better, more stable and faster. Space Gray finishing is sleek. And great deal as well, love shopping at BestBuy, they matched with Costco price.

This thing is great, it works well and fast. I do a lot of video/photo processing and use it at school. it has a very clean finish and looks pretty neat. the touch bar integration is great for editing and watching movies. the screen is clear and the colors are vibrant. this is a very reliable computer, very thin and surprisingly has a nice weight to it.

Simple to use, responds quickly, sleek, don’t want to go back to windows based

Just love it. Like with other Apple products, simple, easy to use, and you will never worry about slowing down again. I’ve come from a pc user over the last 20 years, and with no fail, PCs slow down over and over. After watching my buddy’s MacBook last him 7 years and still run faster than a 2 year pc, I made the switch. Those it takes some practice, I’m happy.

Before moving from you older 32-bit MacBook, be aware that most of your software won’t port over to the new laptop, which is a 64-bit machine. Thinking about upgrading memory and storage? Forget about it. Apple has taken in the stance that we’re going to charge you 30% premium over PCs with equal capabilities and on top of that, you can’t update the hardware. Don’t get me wrong, beautiful to look at and to use, but you’re better off with a high-end PC. If you know a tech geek, they can even convert it to run Mac OS for you.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift while it was on sale for $200 off. Recipient could not have been happier. This was not her first MacBook, but she loves the portability of the 13' as well as the durability. The TouchBar is also nice. Only wish is that Apple's storage pricing improves, the storage space is very little for the price & increase options are very expensive.

It's a big difference from PC to Mac OS. The thing I love most about Mac OS is wake up the computer and use it instantly with in 5 seconds without draining battery. Even though, only drain 1-2% for 8 hours sleeping mode. PC Windows take long time to wake up and too much app crashing. The Retina display is amazing. Fast processor.

Light weight and size is just about right. Processor is fast.

This is my first MacBook Pro, which is a major upgrade from my MacBook Air that I’ve had since 2013. I decided to get the Pro since it was on sale at the time and only $200 more than the new MacBook Air. Still learning the extent of its capabilities but so far the graphics, sound, speed, battery life are all amazing compared to my last computer.

Bought this for my step dad for Christmas of 2019 and he loves it! He never has issues with the keyboard (like I know some have mentioned), this was a gift to use for minor work, photography, and to travel with since his other laptop is too large to lug around. He’s super super techy and is 100% in love with the laptop!

Macs are expensive but they work flawlessly. I have never had any problems with it. Perfect if you're deep in the Mac ecosystem. I like that if I am working on the computer I can respond to messages and answer phone calls right on my computer. Macs are expensive, but so are Surfaces, etc. anymore!

The best product that I've ever gotten and I didn't rate yet cause i wanna make sure everything was good. I highly recommend y'all get Apple Laptop it's smooth and run with out ease. I do my school work on there with no problem and also editing pictures on there. i love it.

Great computer, good design, light weight and easy to use

I am amazed and highly satisfied with my purchase of the Apple Macbook Pro. I have no regrets getting this laptop. I use it for music, gaming, and my business and it has never let me down. Had it for 2 years so far and have not had a single trouble with it.

Great battery life, fast, size is convenient for traveling

Love the Touch Bar- which is why I procured this model. But.. aside from it, there are no alternative. So 20 years from now- this thing shorts out & then what? Other than that- great. Glitches and gets hot. I 4-starred it because i finally cracked and got the top of the top! A MacBook Pro! The newest model at the time (Christmas 2019) and... it gets super hot. T he only program I had on it was Sims. And it made it flaming hot and the battery lasts about 30 minutes. Wish someone had Apples sleek style and simplicity with windows consistency and stability.
