Fast, sleek design and just works.
I've been using Windows gaming laptops for years and still do, but I wanted something for more casual use with long battery life. I do Lightroom edits for my Nikon Z8 and other cameras, and the Air can handle all that without breaking a sweat. The 15-inch size is perfect, and I love that I can use this laptop in bed and not have to worry about covering any vents, as the Air is fanless. Also, if there's something you don't like about macOS, you can be sure that there's an app that will allow you to customize it to your liking.

Great, light Option
This computer is so slick and thin but never feels flimsy. Very quick and having gone from a MacBook Pro to an Air I don't feel like I'm missing anything really.

Great and Glad I Upgraded to 15.3" Screen
Very light and protable 15" screen laptop. This 15" MacBook Air fits into the laptop slot of my underseater carryon. Love that it responds so quickly, no fan, and long battery life. Previously I had a 13" M2 MacBook Air, but I struggeled with the small screen size due to my eyesight as a mid-forties person. Decided to trade it in when the M5 came out and go with a larger screen and higher RAM of 24GB instead of 16GB. The speakers on the 15" are great and definitely a huge difference from the 13". Enjoying the larger screen realesate too and so much easier on my eyes. If you're somone debating between the small and slightly more portable 13.6" versus the 15.3" as you feel that the 13" one might be too small, then go with the 15". Especially if you like to have two side-by-side windows with perhaps something like Adobe Reader on one side of the screen and a browser window on the other side.
