I was in for a Mac Pro Devon answered all my questions and gave me confidence I was looking at the appropriate product. He was very knowledgeable and I felt very confident and comfortable I was buying what I needed. I would look for Devon again when I need another item to purchase.

Wonderful transaction, though getting a clear answer as to do I need AppleCare with GeekSquad's protection or just one or the other was frustrating. I still don't know the answer, and would like to get a clear response. Honestly, I'm glad to be back to a MacBook Pro; best computers around!

Nice but heats up!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s a beautiful computer but it heats up quickly, even when Its charging — while it’s placed on my marble counter. I would think the coolness of the marble would help cool it off! I called the Apple help desk, they had me do some internal testing, and it passed. Supposedly there is nothing wrong with it; however, it still feels warmer than it should. I had to purchase a cooling pad, which helps. I would have given it more stars, and felt comfortable recommending it, if it wasn’t for this issue.

COVID-19 has redefined the way we do many things these days. This is so evident in how our children go to school. Apple hit a home run with this computer as my son can do everything from his schoolwork, video editing, entertainment, music, and much more. Highly recommend!
