Unfortunately, the power cord did not come with the extension portion a new one would, but powers the laptop without issue. Also, the memory card reader does not seem to function. I have tried multiple cards, but with no luck. Other than those two small issues, the laptop is working as expected.

Bought for my daughter to use for college. Worst purchase ever made at BB. Computer had one small cosmetic scratch, no big deal. BUT.... starting up the computer the problems began immediately. The screen glitched several times and computer shut down, restarted and sent error to Apple. It lasted long enough to get through start up and enter Apple password to sych with my daughter's iPhone. Crashed again! Computer did the update...crashed again. Now it is to the point I can't even turn it on to delete personal info and do a factory reset so I can return it. I have three Macs and have NEVER seen prblems like this. And to top it all off.... the invoice states computer has been gone through and is ready for resell. Hilarious!!!! NOT REALLY! I highly recommend you save your money and time, avoid the frustration and headache, just buy a new one!

They hold up the best and they are easy to repair if they do break for some reason. They have the good keyboard on them also.

This was a previous (not latest) model MacBook Pro, but it was in like new condition. It only came with the laptop and power supply and wasn't in Apple packaging - just heavy-duty bubble wrap and a shipping box with a 3rd-party warranty card and return instructions (warranty and return are not handled by Best Buy), but I've had it over a month and haven't had any problems with it.

Startup is fast, worth every penny. Great for students who need a laptop that will get the job done.

Was impressed when it showed up/ it did have some blemishes on the out aluminum shell. Very happy with the speed and performance on this laptop/ but the battery life is not what it should be. PRICE....not the greatest/ this I waited/ found other and a better price/ but over all pleased with this laptop

This Macbook Pro was in great condition and works perfectly. If I needed another one I would purchase this again.

Problem with power supply. I am out of a grace period and now left with no option.

I wish I could give negative. Had no idea this computer was coming from a third party! Who has a D+ rating with the BBB. Computer crashed hard on my 90th day owning it. Nothing BestBuy or third party company (JemJem) would do about it. Apple considers it vintage and won’t touch it. Waste of $1,200. Never will do business with BestBuy again.

This computer lasted 6 months before it started having issues. Here I am shopping for another computer 8 months after purchasing it. 0 stars

I bought a refurbished MacBook Pro (2015). It worked great and I really enjoyed it. Until the camera stopped working all of a sudden. I tried everything, so did Geek Squad to resolve it. Sadly, I had to return it because we could not get the camera to work.

Came banged up, returned and bought a new 16” with Daddy Trumps Stimulus check lol

I've had this Mac for a little over a month and it's a great device.

didn't work well. kept shutting off every few seconds. checked all settings and compared with another exact model. didnt work. returning it.

My old Mac book pro died on me and I needed a new computer in a pinch. It was so nice to get such good quality at this price

Not functional per advertised. If you want a functional laptop make sure there is a video of it being used. Not just a general picture of the computer generated buy Best Buy.

Love working with Apple products. Easy to manage being they can all be synced together.

Still works incredibly to this day and I’ve had it three years. Runs fast, we use a lot of softwares that use a lot of power, and they give me no issues
