I love the macbooks for all my family and friends. Unfortunately I had to go through and order the SnowLeopard software update CD and then download and update to most current OS. Oh Well! Lesson learned. I saved some money. But other people might not be so tech savvy and would end up being frustrated.

Laptop works great and looks great. Pleasantly surprised that it was refurbished. A minor dent on cover, but overall, a great buy for the price.

I was very disappointed! I purchased this as a gift! It was all scratched up & they sent wrong charger/cord sooooo couldn't even charge computer! I had it sent back! Will never purchase again!

I bought this computer and the first time I booted it up it froze completely. Dont waste your money on this sucker!
