MacBook is great, no complaints on the laptop so far. However, the charger it was sent with, is a generic charger that gets very hot while charging.

Received my MacBook and compared specs to what was listed Did not have a 512 gb drive the charger was very bad didnt trust it to charge anything came an oversized box with very little protection during shipping

No problem with it being refurbished came in great condition

I have no problem with the product but it’s misleading the free Apple TV+. I tried to redeem it and it doesn’t work. It’s very disappointing

This is a great computer for a great price. It looks brand new and runs like it.

package was never delivered. ups took a long distance photo, could barely make out what the location was but certainly was not at my house, nor depicted to be. i called best buy as soon as i noticed it wasn’t delievered. they were no help. contacted ups and they are currently figuring out if i can get a refund but best buy declined my request. i’m trying the best i can to get this issue resolved. if anyone can help let me know.

Buyer beware! The Apple product worked great, until it didn’t. Don’t count on customer service to hold up their end of the purchase either. No one explains the limited warranty that is only good for 2-3 months. If you are one day over, they won’t help you!

The laptop is Simple excellent and Loved it. It was close to new. The seller even shipped me an original apple 96W charger (Subject to availability). I loved the purchase and was within the price budget during this holiday season.

Bought 5 of these. The actual Macbooks were okay with one having a fussy USB port. But all came with horrible 3rd party chargers. Good luck getting it serviced under warranty.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Best Buy. The product arrived in poor condition—it wasn’t in its original packaging, was missing the original power cord, and had visible nicks and scratches. I was genuinely shocked by the state of the item. I’ve received better-quality items from eBay. I expected much more from a reputable retailer like Best Buy.

After 6 months of using it, the laptop stopped charging altogether. When we contacted best buy and went to a best buy store, they said they don't provide any sort of warranty or even take apple products for repair. Customer support keeps redirecting me to use geek squad agent who in turn redirects me to customer support as they can't solve warranty issues It is clearly a manufacturing defect. There many such intel based MacBooks that have similar problems.

Great equipment. Brand new working aspects. The only sign of previous use is a dent on the shell with zero influence on the work conditions.
