Great computer! Very fast with a large screen and plenty of memory.

This MacBook Pro has been the best purchase. I use it every day for work, and it has never given me any issues. The battery life is excellent, and the computer is incredibly fast and smooth. The M4 Pro chip handles everything effortlessly. I also love Apple electronics, and this one definitely lives up to the quality I expect. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love my new laptop. I am a photographer and editing is so much faster! I can do multiple tasks and it doesn't slow anything down. The screen size is just right. Just love it!

It’s great, lightweight, fast and has a beautiful crispy clear screen. I’m very happy with the purchase, it was an open box however it was delivered without the big charger wire and box and they said it was reviews and verified. I went back into the store and the manager tried to locate one of the Apple brand for this and couldn’t find one so he gave me another knock off brand that is just as good and said I can call the store to check when they get an Apple charger in. Anyways I’m happy with this purchase and the open box.

I recently upgraded from my 2018 MacBook Pro with 16GB of memory because I was running out of storage and needed more performance for my workflow. I went with the new 16-inch MacBook Pro featuring the M4 Pro chip, 48GB of memory, and a 512GB SSD in the sleek Space Black finish. While I expected a more dramatic speed boost, especially given the jump in specs, the overall performance is definitely smoother and more capable—especially when multitasking and running demanding apps. The increased memory makes a big difference, and I no longer feel limited by storage. The build quality is as premium as ever, and the display is gorgeous. I also really appreciate how quiet and cool the machine runs. Overall, I'm happy with the upgrade. If you’re running into limitations with an older MacBook and need more memory and storage, this model is a solid choice.

I have been an apple user for multiple decades now and this is an excellent computer. My last one was a M1 Mac book pro and it still is going strong. This one is lightyears better. First off it's FAST and I mean super fast. The cpu, memory, disk, graphics, all of it. This is my only computer I use out of the half dozen I have. Second its well built physically, solid and while I have not dropped it yet it looks like it might stand up to a drop or two (I don't recommend dropping any computer). Finally this works with my old docking station and I really like the new mag safe chargers. That's something I have liked since the old days of the original MacBook Airs. Way better than usb c chargers.

Coming from an M2 Pro 14" Macbook Pro (and previously an M1 16"), I had been missing the larger 16" display for some time - while the 14" was great for portability and travel, I found that I rarely travel and the laptop mostly sits on my desk, so why not make the most of the beautiful screens that these come with? Back to the M4 Pro, it handles all of my digital photography needs with ease. The SD card slot is handy, as always, eliminating the need for a dongle/external reader (though I always carry one just in case). Being able to charge via MagSafe is convenient, but also USB-C charging is a great alternative and means one less cable to carry. The 12MP Center Stage camera is a great improvement, and the screen, oh man, the screen. I can't stop talking about how great it is! The fact that it is *brighter* now at 1000nits, and the existing MiniLED technology means that I get cinema-like display quality when watching netflix/youtube/apple TV but impeccable color accuracy when editing my photos all on the same screen is a win-win. The nano texture feature was appealing, but I decided to pass on that as it is a relatively new feature that hasn't been long-term tested. The speakers sound amazing as well. Overall, while yes the laptop is rather large and not as portable, it makes a great desktop replacement, with the performance to match.

I'm sure people would roll their eyes, but as someone who stayed away from Apple products this surprised me. It runs smoothly, silently, has great power and a long lasting battery. Definitely worth it, especially for development.

I replaced my old MacBook Pro and immediately noticed the difference. The sound is richer and the display is gorgeous! The best part was the overall speed improvement. I was working on huge spreadsheets with 500,000+ lines of data. Took forever to load and edit on the old laptop. Now the sheets load in seconds and I can have multiple spreadsheets open to crunch the data. I love this purchase!

I use it mostly for recording in Logic Pro and for editing pictures and I feel I will have a machine that will last a very long time. It is ultra fast and editing has become an easier task. Highly recommended!

I had purchased MacBook Pro 14 (M2) in 2022, my first MacBook. It was a good machine, but I wanted something a little larger and with more computing power. This MacBook Pro 16 (M4) is EXACTLY what the doctor ordered: larger screen, higher resolution, faster and more powerful processor. The transition from the 14 to the 16 was virtually seamless and easy, and also much, much, much faster than I had anticipated (my previous experience was with PC which took days...). If you are deciding on upgrading your make, and you have the funds to do so, I say take the plunge! I'm glad that I did!

I see the 16‑inch MacBook Pro with the M4 Pro chip as extremely powerful, but more of a careful refinement than a dramatic redesign. In my experience, the 14‑core CPU and 20‑core GPU can keep up with or even edge out some earlier M3 Max models in heavy multi‑core work, and the brighter display plus the improved camera make an already excellent laptop feel even more polished.
