Great laptop for everything but intense gaming

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 48gb RAM is way better than 16gb of the base model which gets used up easily by games and chrome tabs. The bright screen is great even in the sun. The efficient processor and big battery means I only have to charge it every other day. The only negative is how expensive it is, but when I realized how much time and frustration I save when I spend more on the RAM upgrade it is still worth it.

Got a portable 4TB to back up Time Machine since only 512GB internal SSD. Can’t wait for this MacBook to last longer then previous one, very happy. Highly recommended for anyone looking on upgrading.

A no-brainer choice if you are still on an Intel

I upgraded from a 2019 intel MacBook Pro, and this feels like a 10 year upgrade compared to that machine. Working in Capture One is enjoyable now. I can scrub through photos in seconds where it used to be painfully slow
