I was torn over several apple computers but chose the MacBook Pro 13". I went for a smaller screen but more memory and I don't regret it. This machine is lightweight, fast and has a brilliant picture. Love it.

I bought this MacBook Pro for travel and as a backup to my desk top iMac. Great middle of the road notebook with just enough extras to make sense. And it was on sale, with 0% interest incentive! I've traveled with it a couple times and appreciate its size and sleek design. Exactly what I needed.

I am upgrading from the Mac air 2014 version and I currently use my new MacBook Pro for work and at home. I love using the touch bar it reminds me of our iPhones when typing the word comes up and moving emails into folders love the shortcuts that you can put on your touch bar. Also a big change are the keys on the keyboard very thin it is closer to the keyboard very smooth transition while typing.

Bought this for my daughter for HS graduation present. It's lightweight and easy to use. Was only disappointed with the plug. I bought her assessories that wouldn't work because it didn't have USB ports. She had to purchase an adapter so everything could be utilized. Since it's her first Mac and for school, it'll work.

I was worried the screen would be too small for everyday use but amazingly with the great screen quality it feels larger than it is! All at the same time being extremely portable.

I got my Mac for the ability to program Apps and it hasn't disappointed. The new MacBook Pro is pretty robust and meets my needs for processing capacity. I'll add that I was surprised by the touch bar, I had mix feelings about it before using it but it has proven useful

I don't know where to begin! This was my first MacBook purchase and it has lived up to all the hype! Wasn't sure if the touch bar really was anything anyone NEEDS but you'll find that it actually is super helpful! I've had it for about 6 months now and no complaints!

Great MacBook, all ports are now USB-C which is a pain, but that is an easy enough fix. So much lighter than my older MacBook Pro. At first I thought the touch bar was a bit gimmicky, but it has its uses and I have already got adjusted to it. I wish a 1 tb storage option was available in the 13".

I love how lightweight the MacBook is. It works very well and is super fast. It is also very durable. I also enjoy the Touch Bar especially when watching videos.

Because of my line of work I was forced to use Windows based computers to do day to day computing. Finally I had a chance to get back on the MacBook and I absolutely love it. The ease with which it syncs with my iPhone and backs up both makes me happy. I love the graphics. How they just jump off the screen. I also am pleased with the keyboard. As a former data entry person I appreciate a keyboard that allows me to type with ease. The sleekness of the design and the light weight allows me to carry this with me all the time and never feel weighed down. I am completely satisfied with this product.

This is modest compromise if you want to try the new Touch Bar Macbook Pro's and not breaking the bank so much, the unibody construction is great. If you're in college this can serve a purpose, for me the 15 inch model is better because of more screen real estate and performance. Though most people will get along just fine with the 13 inch model. It is one of the most well built machines I've ever had. Though the Touch Bar takes some getting used to, though it can be useful if you take time to find the proper uses for it. You don't have to have a bunch of Dunkels if you just buy the right conversion cables. It charges very quickly , and runs windows if you need to... If you have last year's model I would wait, though if you had your mat for a couple of years then it's well worth it. After purchasing this product I checked out some reviews, most people gave it bad reviews because of the raised price and inconsistent better life. Though I have to say I have yet to have experienced any of those problems.

I've always been a Mac guy for laptops. Their laptops are reliable, fast, and well built. With Windows 10 and their uninstallable bloatware, I will keep sticking with Mac for laptops. My only complaint is that you're getting a lot less for your money. A Razer Stealth or Dell Ultrabook will be hundreds cheaper with equivalent or higher specs. My reasoning for choosing a Mac is no bloatware and a lightweight OS that just works.

Love the macpro with touch bar. Touch bar is helpful but you need to remember to use it- just like a touch screen. Good battery life. Fairly light. Good memory.

I personally love the computer. Having upgraded from a 13" mid 2010 to this was a huge deal. My old MacBook served me well but I was definitely due for an upgrade. I waited until I could find one with a touchbar and I'm glad I did, it is a really cool feature. One thing that I love is that it's able to render my phantom 4 footage with no issues in full HD while my brothers older MacBook Pro isnt able to unless we lower the resolution. The only real disadvantage the lack of conventional USB ports. Other then that it's definitely a powerful computer and I hope it serves me for many years to come.

Love the new touchbar although I don't use it as much as I thought I would, still nice to have. Speedy, light and a great computer to take with me every day.

You all know Apple is the best and most reliable laptop out there as reported by one of the leading consumer reporting agencies! I tried different photos and the look awesome on the screen. Perfect for finishing my MBA. Great quality and reliable.

I have been an apple advocate for a while now, since my first macbook pro in 2009. The touchbar is a really practical, fun addition and touch id and siri help me access and find things a lot faster. I use it for basic college stuff (word processor, web browsing with safari, using pdf files, music, etc.). I had the 2012 gold macbook before this one and it worked fine, but the lack of ports was a real setback for me (considering i like to do regular backups but couldn't charge my laptop and backup at the same time). This was a very smart move and i am very satisfied.

I bought this as a replacement for my 2011 MacBook Pro and it has not disappointed. Easy to set up. Easy to use. I like the touch bar and how light it is.

My wife just updated from an older Macbook and is very pleased with this new one. The removal of standard USB connectors and moving to USB C is a frustration at the moment but one that will hopefully go away as time goes on and more manufacturers adopt USB C. The touchbar is great when the applications use it, but at the moment it isn't supported by all applications so it is hit or miss.

I am not a computer person. I usually don't buy the latest a greatest of anything but I needed a quality product for Graduate School. I have yet to figure out all the features but the fingerprint log in is great as well as the touch bar. Very intuitive. The keyboard is comfortable and responsive and the system is easy to use and figure out without needing to contact tech support. The online guide is also very helpful. Excellent product if you don't want to reinvent the wheel with your technical knowledge and just needs something that works.
