Awesome once you are use to it

I have used the first gen for a while now and I have to say this is an improvement on an already great product. The only thing I had to get use to was the force touch thing. It was frustrating at first but now it is pretty natural. Just like everything else from Apple, it just works.

Bummer

Not sure if it’s just the one I received, but I have lots of trouble with scrolling and clicking at times. Some times it works great for a few minutes but quickly stops working as smoothly. Especially the 2 finger scrolling. I had high hopes for this and it has not met my expectations unfortunately.

Buy this if you hate your mouse

The standard mouse would constantly get caked with dust but the trackpad does not have that problem and you can charge it while using it, which you could not do with the mouse since the port was underneath

A Better Mouse

It doesn’t take long to get used to the motions used for the device. It’s similar to the trackpad you might find on a laptop, but the Trackpad does so much more. It easily connects to you iMac via Bluetooth

great tool
