For a very expensive apple laptor, they make a very cheap adapter. They need to have thicker wires.

Starts to fray at the brick and shows cord discoloration after a couple of use.

I needed this to turn in a paper. I am happy you stock it but Apple charges to much.

This is the third time I had to change this in the past 3 years.... The connector that fits into the laptop breaks frequently with normal use, very expensive for what it is. It cannot be repaired or replaced just that single piece, you have to buy the whole set and is very expensive.

I don't like it so much but I have to use it, because there is not other alternative

I hate Apple products, and for what this device does, i.e. charge a laptop, it's over priced. The cable ends will fail/fray long before the power brick itself, so you'll need to buy another one-which is Apple's current strategy for planned obsolescence.

Apple should make a new and better Mac charger cords

Apple needs to rethink its cords as the very thin magsafe cord is easy broken or chewed through by pets. I've spent more money on these **** power adapters than I would have on just buying a new (non-Apple, cheap) laptop. I recommend to a friend, only because this is all you can use for Apple products.

it caught on fire while charging. best buy refused to replace told me their policy for returns is a whopping 15 days. now i have to contact apple and see if they will help me. way to stand behind the products you sell to your local customers. think im done w best buy.

I have two MacBook Pro and I have purchesed this item four times in less than a year. It breaks near the end where it goes into the MacBook charging slot.

Charges mac without issues. No problems to report.

This 85-watt power adapter connector has a magnetic DC connector to protect the cord from damage, but it did not do the trick. The cord was damage within a day. Tried to return and customer service would not take back.

Everyone I know including me has to replace the charger. Because the magnetic connector breaks. They could make that part replaceable instead of 75 bucks for a new one

Does not work unless you jiggle it. Right after the return period is up. Go figure.... no wonder they had a ton of em on the open box rack

not made to last long. my notebook is a very good product, unfortunately the power adapter does not last very long time, and by the way, it is not exactly cheap

Love the MacBook Pro, but the power supply is very poorly designed. It last about one year max

Seem to have poor choices with Apple products lately, but this was not working almost from the time I got it to when I returned it, which was less than a week later.
