    I purchased a power cord for home and left the other at work. Seems the newer cord does a better job of powering up my MacBook Pro.

    Apple always makes good products. This one replaced a cord that was at least 8 years old and had seen lots of wear.

    The great thing about it is, it lasts around 5 years. The bad part about it is, it's so darn expensive to replace when it goes out.

    This charger fixed my laptops battery issues- it wouldn't charge and when it did it wouldn't hold a charge. Highly recommend!
