Apple makes a great power cord for the MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, it frays too easily and this is my 2nd replacement. Still, the elegant white modern look works well with Apple's image.

My dog ate through the original power cord so i had to replace it. It was a pricey but necessary purchase because I use my Mac all the time. I guess I could have tried to purchase a used one but I didnt have time to look for one.

It’s just what I needed! Seems a little tighter than the original.

The Design is a good idea for a power source for my MacBook Pro. The materials used have a lot to be desired this is my 3rd power cord. No matter how careful I am to pack it for travel, it eventually shorts out.

Bought this charger to see if it would work with a used macbook pro that i purchased and it worked flawlessly. Wish it wasn't so pricey.

My Mac Power adapter actually fell APART and it was getting harder and harder to "jerryrig" a connection. This replacement is the real deal, thank goodness. Back up and running now!

Well again we have lost another power cord for Apple product. This Apple product is working perfectly for us I would definitely buy this product again.

Overall it is exactly what I was looking for. My dog chewed through my last one, so unfortunately I learned how expensive they are when purchased separately. Apple would go a long way by dropping the price by at least $20.

LOVE that I do not have to go to the apple store to purchase the extra charger! My charger started to fray after 3 years of use! Long lasting!!! I wish their iPhone cords were as long lasting as the macbook pro charger!

It works well with the Apple computer but is priced too high. I believe that Apple could sell this for a cheaper cost. Many other charger cords for other non Apple products are priced much cheaper and work well.

Best investment and best invention ever. Literally saves the computer by the magnet letting go instead of breaking. It is a life saver with kids.

Good replacement for the Apple Mac, but was a bit more expensive than I was hoping. This package comes with BOTH, the long 3 pin wall charger and the smaller one (shorter).

Same as the original. These older generation wires get too much stress at the laptop connection and don’t last long. But the apple original equipment is the only way to go,

Item is necessary to charge your Mac. My old me had a slight tear which caused e posed wires. Ran to Best Buy, purchased a new one. Very easy. Beats going to the Chaos at the Apple Store

My old one stopped working even though it wasn't that old maybe two years so I had no choice but buy a new one, it's not cheap. They should either repair it or give you new adapter. After all the computer itself is $1500.

Great product, best charger for a laptop ever made. However, the magnetic head which attaches to the Mac are known to eventually fail due to the wires moving inside because they aren't tethered well internally, they can be pulled on and over time, stop charging. Typical Apple pricing

Bought this charger because my old MacBook charger broke. Didn't want to risk a cheap knockoff so I bought the official Apple one. Definitely on the expensive side, but it works, and will hopefully last a long time.
