The product works very well. It does what it is meant to do. I say this because some products fall short of doing their job. But like always apple products do their job.

This cord is bulky to take anywhere. It's hard to roll up and put in my bag. Even if I don't add the extension. Seems like Apple could come up with something more sleek.

Bought this charger because my old charger broke. Definitely worth the money to buy the apple brand instead of an off-brand version.

Apple quality to the rescue! Can't say enough about the quality of Apple accessories. I don't know why I try to find a less expensive substitute because they never last.

Had thre last one for nearly 4 years. If you treat it right the cable won’t fray as quickly. I still think apple could design it so the fraying doesn’t happen.

I needed a new charger for my Macbook Pro, so went into Bestbuy because they always have what I need. Works great since it is Apple brand, but like everything else Apple, it's not cheap.

Could not charge my Mac Book as my charger wore out. Best Buy helped diagnose the problem and had the new charger in stock. Cramming for end of semester exams at the time. Thank you!

Took Laptop to Best Buy thinking it was the battery, but after diagnosis, they revealed it was just the charger. Bought new charger and everything works as it should.
