It charges the battery, as long as you don't tweak the cable you will be alright. This is my third in 15 years.

It’s a charger. It’s charges my laptop that my dog ripped. With that being said it’s great Best Buy always has a sort of Apple accessories as the closest Apple store it 45 min away

I would not choose any other battery charger. I have several Apple laptops and am tough on the chords as I travel frequently. Having a spare in the backpack can be a lifesaver.

Had to buy a new charger because my cat ate the old one. Love the MagSafe feature because it keeps the computer safe if anyone trips on the chord.

A life saver. My original cord went out. Just stopped working. I have not noticed a difference. Would recommend.

Got this charger for missing Air. One weakness of Macs the charging cord breaks. Checked into ordering an off brand online but too many issues reported. Glad I spent a little extra at BB for an Apple products

I love mac products and this charger is no different. We have 2 mac books and this charger has been through the ringer. Still intact and working great.

I needed a spare power cord for my MacBook. This one fills the fill perfectly, since it's an Apple product. I like that there's a three-prong cord included as an option.

Love apple products, but this charger design isn't the best. Be careful on how you let it bend at adapter part, the rubber cracks easy exposing wires, which eventually break and charger is rendered useless.

This Mac Book Pro power cord keeps getting frayed at both ends of the low voltage side. Ya can't charge your computer without it. The cost is a little expensive.
