I'm going to be as honest as possible in this review. I like this charger, it charges decently fast thanks to magsafe and takes up a very small amount of space, BUT and I mean a very big BUT FIRST off the charger is $129, and it does not come with a wall brick. So at least another $20 minimum for a wall brick. Now WE'RE AT $150 Secondly the 3 foot usb c to lightning cable it comes with was way too short for me to use for my desk so I had to buy a 6 foot usb c to lightning cable. This is another $30 you're going to spend if you have the same issue. So NOW we're at $180. Is this charger worth ONE HUNDRED and EIGHTY DOLLARS? The answer has to be up to you. To me personally I decided it was worth it and yes my friends may laugh at me but I enjoy the convenience of this charger. There are plenty of cheaper chargers that will work just as well but are a bigger size and don't have magsafe for the faster charging speeds.

What I Liked: Super Portable Design The biggest selling point for me has been the form factor. I travel often, and the MagSafe Duo folds up nicely into a compact square that slips easily into my bag. I love not having to pack multiple chargers—this one handles both my iPhone and Apple Watch at the same time. It’s a really clean, elegant setup for bedside charging on the go. Solid Build Quality The materials feel premium, and I appreciate how easily my phone and watch snap into place with the magnets. It’s a simple, no-fuss experience that feels very Apple. What I Didn’t Like: Doesn’t Fit Newer iPhones Well When I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro, I noticed the camera bump was just a little too thick for the phone to sit perfectly flat on the MagSafe pad. It still charges, but it’s wobbly, which kind of defeats the whole “satisfying magnetic alignment” experience that MagSafe is supposed to offer. No Fast Charging for Apple Watch This was a big letdown. The Duo doesn’t support fast charging for the newer Apple Watches like the Series 7 or Ultra. So when I need to top off my watch quickly before heading out, I have to go back to the charger that came in the box. For something at this price, I expected more up-to-date functionality. Still Uses Lightning I really don’t want to be carrying around a Lightning cable just for one accessory—especially when most of my other gear has moved to USB-C. Apple could have future-proofed this a bit more, but they didn’t.

This review is a tricky one. From a hardware perspective this is an incredible charger. It feels really well built insecure to the phone and watch nicely. It’s super convenient when you travel to fold this up and toss it in a bag rather than carry multiple chargers. The downside is that you have to purchase a specific charger-block to get the high-speed charging. I also bought this open box and whoever returned it put the wrong cable in it. Frustrating but not a problem with the unit. Overall this is a great buy if you happen to have the charger-block! Would buy again.

This charging pad by  is great! Seems to be their solution at this point for not be able to overcome the challenges to produce the AirPad. This charger will charge your iPhone and  Watch at the same time. Just ensure you get one of the 20 Watt chargers to with it (not including). The product comes with the appropriate cable. The charger is foldable and made for travel, but works great if you just want to leave it at home for it takes up minimal space.

Love that I can charge watch and phone together with one charger and another bonus it looks nice!

I had another wireless charger for my phone + watch and while it was cheap, it was also cheap and barely lasted a year and was not well made. Holy moly do I love this product! It charges quickly, looks great, doesn't take a ton of space and when I can travel again it will be a breeze to take along. The only drawback is that it is super pricey and you need the 20w charger which adds to the cost but it is worth it!

This is my first wireless charger since the Palm Pre and Apple doesn’t disappoint. Even with my non-MagSafe case my phone lines up well and charges quickly. I like the convenience of one charger and cable for my phone and watch too. This charger is great! The only downside is the cost. Like all Apple products, you pay a premium for the brand. Only time will tell if it is worth the extra cost.

First very pricey for a charger and no charging brick included. After those issues, it works perfectly and charges both devices at the same time. I also brought a MagSafe charger some time ago, I would say skip the MagSafe charger and get this one instead. I had the two chargers, (watch & MagSafe) and a special charger with two outlets to charge both. This simplifies that to just one USB-c charging port needed. It also is portable and folds in half. I would like to believe that folding this a lot will not cause it to break but time will tell. Overall very nice charger that can charge all of your Apple devices. Once we start traveling again this will be super handy.

Looks clean on a nightstand. Works well. Love it for traveling too. Price is high, especially for not having the power brick included but this is what we've all come to expect from apple. I ordered a belkin 3 in 1 for my husband at the same time we got this and after 2 months of listening to that thing make weird noises i've just ordered a second apple mag safe duo to replace it.

This is so good that it's the second one I've bought. I have one for myself because I travel a bit for work and personal but I have a best friend who does the same. This thing has completely made my travel charging experience so much better! I used to take a separate apple watch charger and phone charger every time i traveled and there definitely were times where I forgot my watch charger at home and wasn't able to use my watch after like day 2 of being out of town unless one of my friends or coworkers had one. This charger has completely changed that. And it's nice that I only have to bring one charging block and cable with me that charges two devices and if I want to unplug it from the MagSafe Duo and plug directly into my phone it's able to do so as well. It's so nice just to be able to drop my phone on the charger and my watch right next to it at night and wake up to two fully charged devices in the morning. If you have an apple watch and an iPhone and travel quite a bit for work or pleasure, this is an absolute must have! Even if you don't travel, it's good for home as well!

The Magsafe Duo Charger came delayed, but they kept me updated. It was nicely sealed and fit the description of being like new. However, while the apple watch side fits well, the phone charger gets hot (along with the phone) and takes much longer to charge than if you just plugged your phone. So, great to leave them both to charge if you don't have to worry about it taking too long to charge. It also stopped working a couple weeks after using it, but I fixed it by just unplugging it and folding it in half. The price fits the quality you receive.

I will break this down into two sections: value and application. At first glance, the MagSafe Duo is a very expensive charging station, and thats because it is. The Duo is made of a soft, thermoformed silicone, and basically combines the MagSafe charging puck, and the Apple Watch charging stand, both sold by Apple, into one compact and foldable device. Alone, these two items would run you about $110 at retail, so the value here is roughly on par with what you would pay otherwise. The advantage here is that you can fold it up, and take it with you on the go. I do however feel that a more premium or potentially long-lasting material for the hinge could have been used. I think it's solid enough to last a while under moderate use, but I have my concerns that lots of folding and unfolding may bring it's life down quite a bit. In terms of application, I bought this device as a travel charger, and boy does it excel. While I already had a spare 20W USB-C adapter (so one not being in the box wasn't a huge deal for me) the fact that I no longer have to carry 2 cables and maybe even 2 AC adapters was nice. I recently traveled to NYC to visit friends for the weekend, and while I had my arsenal of tech because I had work to do on the plane and at the airport, only having to pull out one adapter and the Duo to charge up at night made my life a breeze. Also, since the Duo uses a USB-C to Lightning cable, if I only needed a quick top up on my iPhone, I could simply fold the duo up, put it in my bag, and use the Lightning cable to quick charge. It really was a convenience I never knew I would value while traveling. Overall, the MagSafe Duo is a great device for those on the go, and looking for a compact and easily packable way to bring an iPhone charging solution, and an Apple Watch charger with them. Combined in a foldable package, these chargers deliver what is expected, and provided me with an easy, tangle free, lighter way to make sure that all my devices were charged, without having to worry whether or not I had packed everything I needed.

So sleek, and just innovative. Juices up my device super fast! It’s a no-brainer setting it up and it’s easy to transfer from one location to the next. Lightweight and easy to clean.

This product works well for my husband who uses it to charge his Apple watch and Air Pods while traveling. He is very happy with it and likes its compact size.

Great item. I purchased this to take when we travel in order to cut down on charging cords. It works great for that purpose or for everyday use. Charging time does not appear affected having two devices charging. I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend!

I have an iPhone 15 pro max and I love this charger. Works great with my Apple Watch series 10 and iPhone. Uses lightning charger but still works great.

This compact charger is too good to be true! It is compact and good looking. The watch charger can lie flat or stands up so you can easily see the time. This MagSafe charger is the fastest ever! I bought several and highly recommend this Apple charger.
