Needed to power my new MacBook Pro from my Apple 4K display. Works exactly like it should. Plugged in the adapter and now everything is go to go.

Exactly what I needed, was in pinch for a charger for my computer (but I had my old MacBook charger!) Now that I've found my original charger, I have a backup.

Works great. A necessary accessory to allow older MagSafe chargers or cinema displays to connect to newer Macbooks with MagSafe2 connectors.

What a nifty device. I wasn't aware this existed until i saw it on the shelf a BB. This is a lot cheaper than buying a new power cord for newer macbook pros. This way I can continue to use the power cords I already have for my older macbook air. great!

Simple device that allows you to use the older style charger on a new MacBook. It uses magnets just like the standard charger, and fit perfectly!

If I were to buy another charger it would've cost about 90$, for 10 $ I am able to transfer one charger from device to another.

I have an older display at work which I can't use for charging my Macbook and I ended up carrying the charger, which is bulky. I found the magsafe 2 converter and quickly ordered it. Saves me from carrying the bulky charger. And it takes the same amount to charge as well. Definitely worth buying if you happen to have and old magsafe outlet and newer mac.

I wouldn't have purchased this had I known my apple Thunderbolt Display came with one. It's inexpensive, so having a spare isn't a bad thing.

A little expensive for what it is, but my MagSafe 2 charger fried and had to use my old MagSafe charger. This works just fine.

older chargers can be used in the new lap top with this product that connects to the old charger pin adn can now be used on the new laptop

Needed to hookup a new 2015 Macbook Pro, which has the MagSafe2 connector, to a Thunderbolt Display that has the older/larger MagSafe cable.

This converter fits between a MagSafe power supply and newer devices such as the Macbook Air. It allows me to use my old adaptors very easily.

I needed this since my Thunderbolt Display's cable that feeds power to a Mac didn't fit the new model. It does what it needs to do.
