When I purchased this item I was a bit hesitant as some reviews were bad with some people stating the item arrived with visible wear and tear of sorts. I can honestly say that the refurbished iPhone I received looks almost brand new with very little wear at all! The device came in a 3rd party packaging with an original Apple charger. You will have update the iOS to the newest version as the one that comes with the devise is iOS8 and is currently eligible for update to iOS10. Great buy rather than having to spend $1000.00 plus dollars for a new unlocked iPhone.

I had ordered this to send it to someone in India. I wasn't disappointed as the product delivered was as good as a new iPhone. I would advise to go with Best Buy as they are the most reliable as compared to buying from Walmarts or Groupons etc.

This is my 2nd iPhone Plus refurbished purchase and am very pleased. Phone is very good condition, and with new case on, it looks brand new. All electronic functions working properly.

Love my new phone. I upgraded from an iphone 5S to this one. Easy to use, easy to switch over and much easier to read and work with the programs.

This phone was like brand new it has no scratches no dents it was perfect I had this phone for 5 Days and it works sooo awesome!!!

The item looks great but the charge don't stay long. May be battery problem. But it's works for me cause I don't use too much. If u have money get the new one....

Received the phone, worked fine for two weeks then it died. Took it to apple, software issue. Took it back to Best Buy and got a brand new one.

It's so big compared to my iPhone 5s which I owned for 4 years! The larger size makes the text more readable. I love the storage capacity and the photo quality. I worried about purchasing a pre-owned phone, but it looks and works like new.

The functionality of this phone has all I want and more.
