cosmetically it is in excellent condition, the battery 78% 2 hours after turning on it overheats

The screen is too bright and there’s a black line on the side of the screen

Overall pretty good however the battery doesn’t last long.

not happy at all with the camera of this phone. The problem began around December 16, 2021 when I sent a picture to a friend of mine. The lower part of the picture is blurry per the attached sample. Also, when doing a video, there is a constant blinking.

Bettery needed more good because chargein long time

Price seemed too good to be true but I'm still happy with my purchase. Wish there was more device specific info from the diagnostics BB does when vetting the device. Phone came with a battery that needed to be replaced ( 79% Battery health, same thing happened with a second used BB Xs ) which wasn't surprising for a 4 yr old phone; I just wish the listing mentioned that as when I took it in to get a new battery, the history of this phone recorded it failing the battery test when the original owner traded it in. The screen has some slight burn in where the battery logo hangs out which also isn't surprising as the same thing happened to my X.

Our recent IPhone purchase exceeded our expectations. It’s an excellent product and my daughter is delighted with the speed, camera and memory. We honestly couldn’t even tell it was used.

It was in good quality and very neat with little to no scratches, camera and most things have been good for 2weeks now. The battery health however was less than 79%, that was really unexpected

I purchased this phone for a friend who is shut-in at a nursing home. It is just right for her need to feel connected and able to call out to a "long distance" number which would be restricted on her bed-side phone. The phone was clean and showed very minimal signs of wear, it connects smoothly to the internet and phone lines and has a screen that is a bit larger than even some of the newer models. I was afraid of a "used " phone but impressed by the price. Yet, it was just as you advertised and is a very nice phone for her needs. I am very glad that I made this purchase from you.

Phone was in very good condition. Ear speaker was muffled sounding. Soaked it with rubbing alcohol on a QTip while using. Perfect now.

Had to purchase this to replace my XS Max, which was in excellent working condition, as I take good care of when you're purchasing your phones out right. Ordered this XS by mistake, as I wanted the XS Max. In reading the reviews I was prepared for less than battery life and poor audio, but was pleasantly surprised that there was no issues with maintaining good battery. However, the audio issue does present a problem at times, not always but sometimes. It sounds like the speaker is busted and makes holding a conversation difficult at times. Over all it a descent phone, but usually upgrade every 5 years, or the 5th model from my current. If I had to buy again, wouldn't hesitate to do so.

They sold me a refurbished iPhone wirh a 70% battery capacity, they should have replaced it before reselling it. Number 2, 1 is the speakers not working, number 3, charging port sometimes doesn’t even charge, never buying phones from them again

The phone has no scratches or dents. It came with a charger which I appreciate. The only downside is the battery health was 82%, but I know that comes with getting a refurbished phone.

Absolutely love this phone! Had no scratches or visible defects. Super easy to use, however takes some time to adjust not having a home button. I like the versatile charging, either wireless or I can plug it in. Camera quality is excellent. Arrived a day earlier than expected and I had the ability to track my order.

Replacement phone for my teenager, upgrading from an 8. She loves it! The camera is amazing and the deal couldn't be beat.
