The box was not apple box and packing was not so good. iPad Screen was not in excellent condition as it was mentioned. So I would not recommend to buy pre owned products from Best Buy because my expectations was very high with Best Buy as I buy my all electronics from them.

My pre-teen loves it! The only down fall is so far , is soon my daughter tried to charge the tablet . The charger broke . But good thing it’s under a 90 warranty . They sending another one out . We still waiting for it to arrive . Great tablet overall , looks and work brand new . No scratches,she loves it .

Looking for inexpensive iPad for ten year old boy. This is iPad 2 with out internet. Great condition works perfectly. He is completely pleased.

I wanted to get my twins new tablets. After lots of searching I found these. I wasn’t so sure about it being pre-owned but I trust Best Buy so said why not. So I just ordered one first. Arrived in perfect condition and even charged. I downloaded quite some games. Played a few and all seems well and no glitching. I went ahead and purchased the second one & will prep it for my Twins 10th birthday. I would def recommend as a IPAD starter for kids. I think the price is great and warranty as well.

Small hiccup. When I received mi pad I couldn’t hear anything. After inspecting it I noticed a piece stuck in the headphone jack. I called customer service who quickly sent out a replacement. Took a little over a week which. I’m giving four stars because I paid for expedited shipping with my original purchase which couldn’t be put on the replacement iPad. The replacement is in full working order. No problems except for the power cord which did not work. But I was able to pick one up for two dollars at my local 7-11.

This device looks great, delivery was fast. The device seems to freeze up from time to time and I'm going to use it as much as I can before the 90 day warranty is up in case I need to send it back.

The sound does not work all the time. It is very slow processing. The charger cord that comes with it is very cheap and gets very hot when IPad is plugged in. Gave it to grandkids to use.

This was ok but son complained about it not working as well as his previous new one that got stolen. But better than not having one.

It came in great condition but considering that it is an older model, you are very limited to what you could use it for. Battery life sucks.

Needed a second iPad for my business and this one fits the bill! The price made it very affordable.

I bought this for my fiancée’s 10’year old. When she opened it, I was the greatest thing since sliced bread. But, 3 weeks later she is complaining or the device freezing up and getting a black screen. She is demanding that I fix it. LOL. I know that I was taking a risk getting a refurbished IPad that is this dated, but I kinda thought that it would take more than 3 weeks before problems started!

It works as it should being that it’s an older model you can’t really update it and get new version of certain apps but overall the price was still worth it.

Need a basic ipad to check websites. Fits good but still too old for some apps.

Bought this as a gift for my son. He needed something portable, with a larger screen for research and to do resumes. This has worked out perfectly thus far, he has had it approximately one month.

iPad is in excellent physical condition (no scratches or dents ). But takes over 8 hours to fully charge .
