Perfect for the price and a teenager who is now a remote-learning student! Get a good case to protect it and this is a good deal.

With the price of new phones today I would much sooner purchase a pre-owned phone from Best Buy. This phone looked practically new and works like a charm.

Price is good. Wise to purchase this for for a young adult or teenager. Minimal risk if you don’t want to buy the extended warranty.

Love that Best Buy sells used phone for pretty much all the local carriers. Was able to get a great phone for a reasonable price! With geek squad protection.

the iphone 6s isn't able to really get any updates anymore, but it works fast as a phone and can still run most apps, the battery life is decent still too, but games will kill it fast.

The phone is fine but the battery dies fast and it stay messing up

The phone is In good condition was just upset that website mentions that it comes with airpods but it doesn't come with them. That should be removed from the description of what it includes. The charger is not a apple charger.

Battery is good and last longer. Camera is clearly to take pictures or videos. It is simple to pick options in camera app.

My first 6s had come to its end and I needed an replacement but wasn’t ready for the latest models. I received my new phone curb side , smooth process . The new refurbished 6s , although it has less gigs than my old one , was in perfect condition it a single blemish I could detect. I’ll give this phone a year and then upgrade . Great service from Best Buy .

Terrible. The phone has a shadow on the screen. The ear bud did not come with it. I went out and bought another phone because one was needed immediately

Phones battery was junk and the ear speaker is junk. So far I’ve had to to pay $60 to replace the battery at a repair store because the store in Waterloo wouldn’t work on it. Have to go back to the repair store next week to hopefully get the ear speaker replaced

There was no EarPods in it but they said include a changer and EarPods. And the phone quality is too bad the charge doesn’t last more than 30 minutes that just wasted my money

I was pleasantly surprised when I received this phone, as there were no scratches on it and the battery was in excellent condition. Speaker, microphone, charging, power digging and volume control all work well and efficiently. I am satisfied.
