This item was not what I expected as soon as I received it no headphones came with it the charger wasn’t even apple don’t know what brand it was in total I paid $156 not worth the price of this particular phone would be more like $80 from how much damage and worn out it has to it I received my refund for only 116 they discounted me $40 worth of restocking fee for a clearly product error that was there’s not happy at all !!

I have never purchased a refurbished iPhone before, so I figured it would be a roll of the dice as to its condition. This phone looks brand new, functions perfectly & came with adapter/cable. Extremely fast shipping too! Thus far, very happy with purchase!

We received this phone late in the day and let it charge overnight. The next day trying to set it up it just shut down after a few minutes. We thought that we might not have had it plugged in securely. Charged again the whole day and then tried again that evening. Turns out the battery was worthless and could only hold enough charge to run it for about 18 to 20 minutes. Returned it.

The battery started getting low very quick even after full charge! I’m not satisfied with the battery performance. It’s not even a year I have purchased this phone.

Phone was in excellent condition but battery was at 84% health and would drain very quickly. I ended up putting $50 into a battery. Not happy at all....

I bought this phone as a birthday gift for my mom and the battery did not last more than 2 hours with minimal use and the audio will go out when playing videos. I have been contacting best buy multiple times with zero to no help on having the item refunded or replaced. Their apple warranty does not cover battery replacement. Don't waste your money on this garbage. I am truly never buying anything from Best Buy ever after this experience. Why would you sell broken phones to people?

Great so far and bought 2. Both work with Verizon carrier and come with short warranty (one pager in box). Minimal wear and tear so hope they last for a while. Bang for the buck and would definitely recommend.

I bought this phone in March and by June this phone would no longer hold a charge. Letting it charge for a couple hours would only give me about 10 minutes of phone time before the battery would drain all the way to zero and shut down on me. At this point my phone will not even turn on even if I have it plugged into the charger.

The phones main button and certain key numbers after number 7, stopped working (when making a call or text). I’m out of the return date and of course no warranty. So I just wasted $150 to have this phone under 3 months. Don’t waste ur money on used phones from here. Go buy new and get warranty.

The phone had a few minor cosmetic blemishes which was no big deal. I charged it all the way to 100% and turned it off for the night. Tried turning it on the next day to activate it with my carrier and it was deader than a door nail. If I left it unplugged it died within a couple hours. I ended up sending it back.

Not happy with phone battery does not last phone is not working properly

Phone worked with fine with a Verizon SIM card. After 1 month, the phone would overheat and was diagnosed with a bad battery. Battery was replaced and still experienced the same issue (bad motherboard?). Since then, the phone works fine but will not connect to WiFi or Bluetooth. Overall it was a waste of money. JUNK!

Since I lost my other cell phone, this has been a decent replacement. Battery life isn’t all that great, but it’s an older model so I’m not surprised. However, it gets me from A to B so to speak. I’m happy with it

Works as expested! Just tired of the memory ful, pleasel purchase more, already popping up before upgrades!! Annoying!!

I was scarec to buy used phone. But it really turned out to be a good one% loved it. I hope it came with orginal charger.

Gift for my grandson, and he is very happy with it.

It is a very good phone unlocked and very useful fast, nice color and everything works perfectly fine

This device worked as expected to test my applications.

This is doing its job, holds a charge and the screen is not cracked, although it’s a older model it’s still functional.
