Defective, barely usable -- sending back

Battery would not hold a charge, went from 100% (plugged in all night) to 20% in under a minute, then would abruptly turn off and come back on with 10% remaining. Sending back for a refund.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will never order another phone from best buy again I know It was a refurbished witch was a pre-owned phone but It was so bad when it came in they shipped It in a plastic bag it was all scratched up an the screen was coming off I had to try to fix it just to have it turned on so I could use it the att store could not believe how bad this phone looked they even said it may not work right I can' believe Best Buy would sell something like this to there customers it was so bad I ordered it on line but I will never buy from them again . It was a very poor buy from best buy I am not happy about it.

Sound went out in a few months

Unfortunately, because of the sound going out I cannot hear my voice messages.
