    I bought refurbished from Best Buy thinking it will have better service but disappointed that phone started giving problems within 14 days but Best Buy won’t return, refund or help in any way.

    Skeptical about buying refurbished iPhone but delivered with no physical defects and has worked perfectly thus far great bargain and price point for iPhone especially persons like myself who don't stare at phone nonstop all day

    I was apprehensive at first in buying a pre-owned iPhone but I am pleasantly surprised at the overall condition and operation of the phone. I would surely check with Best Buy for my other pre-owned iPhone needs in the future.

    As far as looks the phone is ok but the battery doesn’t seem to have been replaced because it want hold a charge for long. I suggest if you buy a refurbished phone from Best Buy make sure it has a new battery.

    I bought this used for my son after he took his 6 into the ocean by accident. It came in such excellent condition you couldn’t tell it was used. We have not had any issues at all with this phone.
