    Very happy so far. This could be a brand new phone. Not a scratch on it, works fine, battery charge lasts all day. I DO wish, however, that Best Buy hadn't told me I'd get 3 months of AppleTV+ along with this purchase. (I did not). But the phone is great.

    While the outside was in good condition the battery life was only 87% . We didn't realize this until it was too late. Very disappointed, hope it last internationally for at least a year.

    Salespeople were very nice and helpful with transfer data from old I-phone to new I-phone. But used phone itself had major issues which were unknown until recently. The return date was set for 13 days. We were out of area visiting relatives. The photos taken on phone come out double exposed. The phone when typing text is super sensitive and many times erroneous. The phone itself is jittery when typing. The battery life is short and has to be constantly recharged even when used for a short duration.
