    This phone I purchased lags and over heats. In addition, the iPhone 8 needs to be charged more frequently! I will be returning it to the store and try to stay away from refurbished phone.

    The reason I gave two stars, I don’t like Best Buy customer service , rude and unprofessional. She left me alone while I was there ahead of other. She said she was the manager when I asked for the manager. I will never buy anything from Best Buy.
