you need to teach the USPS to integrate delivery notices like other major retailers. I never got a notice from the post office. the case and screen were spotless but the battery levels decreased to 60% at a reasonable rate then plummeted to 5% and the phone was at 1% three mornings in a row. I found the graph of the rate change and saved it as a file. The young man at customer service in the Cville store immediately saw the problem and gave me a full refund. Good for him!! You all need to add some more QC to your pre-owned phones. The first pix is from my iPhone 5 and the second (with the red circle) is from your iPhone SE.

All the parts of this phone functions pretty well. However, its battery lasts so short that you have to turn the low battery mode all the time to keep it on for a longer time without using it very often. Also, it would get very hot when being charged and being used. Generally speaking, since I bought it just for a collection, I don't quite care its performance very much. But with a A9 chip, it can handle some daily needs, but performs poor over stronger burdens. Don't buy it if you want it as your main phone.

Was delivered two days ahead, I like that. Phones work as advertised, they looked great for being pre-owned and the batteries are holding up again for a pre-owned phone.

I needed to replace my old iPhone 4s, but prefer a small phone that fits nicely in my pocket. I also use the audio jack, which iPhone did away with on the new models. The SE was the perfect choice, but is no longer manufactured, so a refurbished phone is the only option. There are plenty of places to buy a "certified" refurbished iPhone, but they won't say who "certified" them. "Certification" is meaningless if you don't know and trust the certifying organization, and I am concerned unscrupulous repair shops might tamper with the phone an install malware. Best Buy is one of the few places you can get an "Apple Certified" refurbished iPhone, so malware shouldn't be a concern. The phone itself was perfectly refurbished. I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between this phone and a newly manufactured phone. I've only been using it a few weeks, but the battery life seems normal and all my apps work as expected. I just updated to iOS 13, so I should be able to keep the operating system current for at least another year or two.

I was looking for an unlocked refurbished iPhone - Which is how I filtered my search. I have never bought a phone through a cell phone provider, I always buy a used one from Best Buy, so this was not my first rodeo. I've done this at least 4 or 5 times, no problems. After purchasing a phone that noted it was unlocked and compatible with my carrier, I bought it. When I received the item I attempted to activate it, by several different means, and was told it was in fact, NOT compatible with my current service provider. On top of that, I was charged $35 for re-stocking fee. I'll be re-thinking where and how I purchase electronics in the future. Best Buy will no longer be my go-to!! Especially if they're advertising was incorrect and cost ME $35.00 for a nothing! Sounds like a crime to me....

I charged 100% and the next day it go down to 30% even I am not using the phone

Good small size affordable back up phone. But BestBuy won't send original Apple charger and cable. Came with cheap no brand wall charger and cable.

Came with a dent and scratches. Charging was intermitant. Died within 3 months. I went to Apple they did diagnostics and said they could not help me and suggested take the phone to Best Buy. Best Buy ran diagnostics and suggested a factory reset. I got on the line to TracFone and they kindly assisted me with the factory reset. It did not help just the same error message-----Cellular update failed Your iphone cannot make or receive calls or access celular data. When you gamble with quality control you may lose. I feel that I lost.

I am thinking about buying my wife an iPhone also. Best Buy is the the best buy.

It is a great little phone for my granddaughter at a good price.

Purchased online and advertised as unlocked, but it actually wasn't. Spent 2.5 hours in store trying to resolve. Verizon wouldn't add my old phone back on my account so I wound up buying a iPhone 7 from the store. Not a happy camper.

Great phone just like my old one love it the only problem is not Best Buy fault! somebody put the wrong phone in the box. But wow Best Buy just did a real good exchange with hardly any questions asked! Always buy phone at Best Buy !
