This was refurbished the power cord was thrown in the box machine was dusty and had tape on the cover. Prior owner information was still on the system

I wish I hadn't bought it. Was happy about the purchase initially. I've replaced the battery because it stopped taking a charge. This occurred within 6 months. Now, I will need to look up how to replace the internal clock.I likely hit something replacing the battery. Sure, I could leave my laptop with someone to fix, but - "not gonna do it."

Battery in first laptop gave out after a day or two, on top of two weeks of processing and shipping. Also had a crack in body where screen meets the base and fold. Returned for an exchange of the same product and had to wait another week to receive that one. So far it’s working fine, for now. This one has alooottt of scratches and scuffs, but they are bearable.

I had always used windows computers previously but it was not too difficult to learn to use this one though I am 89. I am still learning it. None of the manuals are helpful. when I have problems I turn to google . I saw that there was a instruction on utube and I plan to watch it. I had to go to the Apple store to have it updated, but there was no charge. They also had a class that helped me. There are certain things the mac can do that Windows could not and they are helpful.

I would give 0 stars if I could but I had to give at least one. We purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro from Best Buy, four months after our purchase the hard drive crashed. When we took it into the store to have it repaired/looked at Geek Squad informed us they could not/would not be able to work on it because they don't work on any MacBook older 2014. We were surprised to learn the MacBook was a 2012. WHY would Best Buy sell a product older than the ones they'll work on?! So now our 17 year old daughter has a paperweight that cost her over 1K.

Good refurbished product but older so does not work with mac’s file transfer protocols anymore.

This product is of the 2012 version very bad version that does not support the programs of today that do not say in the specifications and the very high price for this product that is not of level

When we received this laptop, it had minor scratches and a crack on the screen you can barely see. Other than that it is operating well. Only disappoint was that we wanted to download garageband but there was an upgrade to the app which was not compatible to the year of the computer we received.

After one week owning my MacBook the battery has issues, dies very fast now. Also restarts on its own due to “system issues”

This Mac was refurbished & a bit slow. It works okay for my son to use for school and personal use. I would recommend it.

It's been almost a year and this laptop still works like new. I love it! The only issue is that I had to replace the battery as soon as I got it.

In the description specifications says that this laptop was a touch screen. This would have been my first Apple computer did not realize that Apple did not make a touch screen computer laptop. Have you found it

even thought it is older and pre-owned it seems to be working great. we did have to upgrade the OS but that was pretty easy and it is lightning fast.

Don’t recommend buying pre owned stuff, that model is 2012 model and very slow and i had hard time returning it to Bestbuy

I no longer have this item. I switched it for a new HP laptop.

Not happy that we were given a defective charger. I think if you’re going to sell a product that obviously requires a charger, it should at least work. Or tell us that we need to buy a new one because it’s not part of the deal for Best Buy to provide us with one that works

I wouldn’t have give a star if I could. Ordered and label was correct but contained the wrong device. Had to return and reorder. Reordered and the computer would not boot.. it did not have an OS on it. Tried to contact support.... they only have an email address... no return message..

It has scratches all over. Besides, that it arrived 4 days late, I hardly believe it's a pre-owned item, more like used carelessly. very disappointed.

I don’t recommend buying this or any other refurbished computer from Best Buy they say they stand behind their product but they do not as soon as something goes wrong they will tell you you didn’t purchase it from them and they can’t help you unless you pay them more money they don’t properly look over the products before they sell them and if you do decide to buy a computer refurbished or previously used make sure you open it right away and set it up because if you don’t when it stops working its not there problem
