Ok service , Mac is slow. When I got the Mac it did a lot of freezing . I was told because it hasn’t been used in a while give it time to process. Now it’s 33 days later and it still lags.

A big scratch on the front and the charger wire has a big slice too. I know it's pre-owned just got shocked it almost looks like a junk

Excellent laptop for users looking for a hi-speed laptop with no lagging whatsoever. This laptop feels great on your lap and the 13inch is perfect size for someone who travels a lot and you just want to slip it in any bag. Even with its size it does not feel cheap and very durable. I have owned windows computers before and never had a problem, but the macbook just tops everything. If your looking to buy this laptop do not buy it from apple, defiantly buy it from BESTBUY! BestBuy had the macbook on sale for $1100, I then signed up for a BestBuy credit card and got another 15% off, and then received another $50 off for being a full time student! I ended up spending under $1000, a great price for an amazing laptop!

i was excited to get the macbook pro but a little unhappy with the price but i was able to use my reward points and found the item $20 cheaper online 1 week later and best buy matched the price. unhappy with the battery time but very happy with the features, the clarity of the screen. the cd player is avg quiet. i run the software djay and it looks decent. im use to the imac 22" so 13" is a big time condensing of the screne for me. im also use to the light weight ipad, so this is a tat bit heavier but i would like to think of it as being a little more sturdy. speakers are nice and loud, headphone jack works great. i like how all of the outlets are on one side and the cd drive is on the other. the track pad takes getting use to, on my pc i find myself doing mac things. makes me feel silly but you can clearly tell the diff and find what you are use to. i suggest a laptop cover and keyboard cover.

Bought this laptop pre-owned and I love it. I wasn’t looking for one with a touch bar, but it’s pretty cool. I don’t love that Apple makes all their products without usb drives and headphone drives, etc now, but that’s all their new laptops so nothing you can do about that. Works great so far.

Abit slower then what I expected. but they said you get what you pay for

Got it for a great price during Black friday weekend. was on sale for $1049.00(lowest price i've ever seen) with my silver reward points, i got it for 940+. Not Bad. paired it with a mini display port to hdmi adapter and connect to my 24 inch display whn im home. i travel @ least twice a week and when i'm away, i sometimes need computer access. the computer is fast and portable. Being a PC user for the last 25 years is hard. Change is Good. its one of the best investment i've ever made. next purchase will be a wireless keyboard and mouse for this bad boy!!!

It is a refurbished, so it has a minor blemish. It came with MacOS X Maverick and I updated to High Sierra. It took forever; to the point where I thought it was frozen. Very happy so far. If it has a user password, just google how to rest user password on MacBook Pro. Easy.

This is an excellent product high performance, great graphics, excellent for gaming, excellent for photo shop, excellent for security protection while on line.

This laptop was used but you can barely tell. Its functions like new, very fast and user friendly.

The laptop is good. I did have to put an additional $500 to update it and purchase a Solid Safe Drive. If the information was included with the laptop I probably would have purchased a brand new one. Now that it has been updated the laptop does run really good. I think the information should be included in the details of the laptop.

The unit is in pretty good condition, (a few more scratches than i hope) but it operates well. Trying to get my wife accustomed to usin a Mac instead of a HP, so far she likes it.

I’m not sure if they are all like this but I was so excited to try my laptop but there was no charger. I’ve previously purchased a refurbished Apple Watch that did come with a charger so I’m just unsure. I called Best Buy and they didn’t have much of an answer for me. As far as how it works I’m not 100% sure yet because of the missing charger. Praying for the best. It would be helpful to know if anyone else had the same issue.

Was excited to receive this MacBook, being I’m a college student a new one wasn’t in the budget. Understand that it was refurbished so I didn’t expect it to be in perfect shape, but it didn’t even turn on. Unfortunately had to return it and was a little disappointed I wasn’t offered something to compensate for the fact that I was sent a faulty product.

First time buying a use Apple laptop and it has been decent. It had a couple of marks on the the product but besides that everything has been working well.

I purchased a Used MacBook Pro 2011 year & it worked for a few minutes. The batteries were dead & I saw that the charger wasn’t the correct one. I made a Geek Squad appointment & went to BB for my appointment. The tech saw it was not the correct charger & found the correct one. It worked & still does. A couple of hours & a 25 minute drive each way & I was set. It should have been tested before I received it. Very upsetting & inconvenient.
